  When we first enrolled our 13-month-old daughter at KinderCare Cromwell, the transition was very difficult. For the first four months, she struggled to adjust and had a hard time separating from us. We were worried and unsure if daycare would ever feel comfortable for her. Then she was moved to Miss Saritha’s room, and everything changed. Miss Saritha is truly exceptional — patient, kind, and incredibly nurturing. She took the time to understand my daughter’s personality and helped her feel safe, loved, and confident. You can tell she genuinely cares about each child and pours her heart into what she does. Now, our daughter absolutely loves going to daycare! She smiles when she sees Miss Saritha, plays happily with her friends, and is learning so much every day. The transformation has been amazing, and we owe so much of it to Miss Saritha’s care and dedication. We’re beyond grateful to her and the KinderCare Cromwell team for making such a positive difference in our daughter’s life.

  I sent this as a message directly to the director after receiving a parent wide message about their continued safety plans and I wanted to share it with anyone looking into Cromwell’s Kindercare as well. They have impressed me. “I just wanted to let you know that as a Paramedic, emergency services provider, and First Aid/CPR instructor of over 20 years: How your crew handled meal times on my tour and time observing last year is one of the reasons we chose your center. When I come in for pickup/drop off I can see 2-4 classrooms depending on how full you are and have always been impressed how every child at mealtime is sitting at the table or high chair when eating, with their teacher right there interacting with them. Their teachers are always extra attentive during these times, even when having to have their back turned to prepare (cut up) some of the food, they are always frequently looking over their shoulders to check on the kids. Thank you all for always being on your toes to keep our kids safe. And thank you for taking the initiative to recertify everyone in First Aid and CPR. Heather Lee”

  Leaving my first child for a moment was the hardest thing to do. I have been able to take a sigh of relief during his first year of life, leaving him here while I’m at work. I enjoy using their app and seeing my baby throughout the day when I miss him. I can trust that the staff here will treat my baby like he is their own.

  Everything seems fine on the surface but there are little things that stand out. For example: kids get jelly beans as a reward for doing a task.. Two things wrong with that: we are attaching food as a reward to learning something? also how many studies nowadays confirm sugar leads to diabetes in children.. what is a jelly bean? sugar and food coloring ..and yet the daycare is handing it out to small kids as treats.. "nothing wrong" with that picture.. It's an expensive daycare with a lot of "pay for" additions.. any extra activity is additional charge - be it math, music, cooking, physical exercise, etc.. The regular activities included in the high price are nothing special.. not worth it..
