  Horrible experience and employee Jeff was very cavalier towards us during the meeting. The price was not itemized as required, we were unable to adjust the services we were requesting and there was zero follow through after we left. This was a hard pass for us. Went elsewhere.

  During the worst time of my life this greedy funeral home squeezed every penny out of me and my family. They “act” like they care until they get a good look at the money. They insisted it would be in my best interest to sign over my life insurance policy so they can get paid quickly and assured me they would send me the balance of the $$$.policy. Instead of being helpful, they were trying to upsell us. Shame on you for such a greedy business owner.

  What a wonderful experience. Jeff was so helpful and was able to guide us through this very tough time. They took care of all the things you don’t think about that need to be done. I would recommend Clancy Funeral Home.

  Left messages for over a week, and no one ever got back to me. I did explain why I was calling (I wanted a prepaid cremation). I feel I was not important enough to return my call. How do they stay in business if they do not return calls?
