I am so grateful for Ms. Monica and the entire teaching team at kinder. My daughter has absolutely thrived in this space and the growth we’ve seen in her confidence, social skills, and excitement to learn has been incredible. The teachers are not only patient and nurturing but also truly invested in each child’s development. Their love and support shine through every day, and it’s clear they create an environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired. I couldn’t ask for a better place for my daughter, and I am so very thankful for the amazing care and dedication she receives here! Ms Taylor, Ms Monica, Ms Rachel and Ms Tina, we adore you guys!

I've been silent for years because of a family member working here. This place have fallen off a cliff. The service and education for children here would be laughable if it wasn't tragic. Examples include teachers (babysitters) berating children, same projects being on the walls for months because they do no curriculum, regularly over ratio, teachers more interested in chatting with each other than working with the kids. Further they discuss adult matters in front of them. Your child will not be prepared for school if you send them here. There are a few teachers here that are wonderful, but they cycle through because they treat employees terribly. The company doesn't bother to follow basic Colorado rules of employment. When management is told this they threaten and bluster at the employee that brings it to them. Not to mention the lack of HR. Drama is left to fester until it effects the children.

My daughter began attending this Kindercare when she was 4 months old and I kept her there until just before she turned two. I had many misgivings surrounding this daycare center, but I chalked it up to "mommy guilt". During her time there, she was in 5 different classrooms, with a total of 10 different "main" teachers. Other staff were frequently cycled through and there wasn't a whole lot of consistency. Of these 10 teachers, I would say 3 were what I would consider stellar, 2 were mediocre, and the rest were not so great. During her time in the infant room(s), I saw babies left to cry without comforting, and I once witnessed one particular teacher rip a book out of a child's hand and yelled "we don't chew on books!". It made the girl cry, of course. That kind of punitive mindset is prevalent at this school. In classrooms my daughter was NOT in, I saw a great deal of ineffective 'teaching' and power struggles(doors to the rooms were open). Teachers were ill equipped to deal with children that were more challenging. I once was driving by on my way to pick up my daughter and saw a teacher who was outside with her toddler class yell something (I couldn't hear what), and then drag the child by its arm. I witnessed this harsh treatment in my daughters toddler classroom as well. In the older toddler classrooms, there is a mandatory nap from 11:30-2:30. During this time, children are not allowed off of their mats. My daughter is potty training. Several times, when I came to pick her up they told me "she just didn't make it to the potty in time when she got up from her nap". I came early one day (1:30) to pick her up and when I walked through the front doors, one of the teachers in front told me "she's awake". I could see through the door that she was, I could also see her lips moving. When I opened the door I heard her whispering "poop, poop". As soon as she saw me, she sat up and threw her blanket off. She had pooped herself and was forced to lay in it for who knows how long. My child HATES to be dirty and started pooping in the potty before we even "officially" started potty training. She's also very regular and generally has a bowel movement at Noon...so potentially she was forced to lay in her excrement for 1.5 hours. Totally unacceptable. Once she started in this class, she came home and she would 'shush' me when I would talk to her, as well as tell me "wet undies naughty". This is NOT language or behavior I use with her at all. I kept her in this center for as long as I did, because I thought she was learning a lot. It turns out she really wasn't. The environment is loud, chaotic, and stifling. My daughter has been in a new school for a few weeks, and I couldn't be happier. I would really think twice before enrolling your child here. For what it costs, I think you could easily find a better place for your child with the same cost factor. I did.
