  We have been entrusted with our daughter's care at BH East since she was young and our experience has consistently been excellent. The facility is impeccably clean, well-organized, and always staffed with approachable individuals ready to assist. Taylor and Brooke are especially helpful and welcoming, always going above and beyond. The entire teaching team is outstanding, with Ms. Jodi and Ms. Athena being particularly exceptional as our daughter's educators. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed, and I am confident that my child continues to learn, grow, and develop in preparation for elementary school. I highly recommend BH East to any family seeking a comprehensive and nurturing educational environment.

  Our kids have been going to Bright Horizons East since they were 4 and 15 months old respectively (our son has been going there for over 3 years). We love BHE because the teachers there truly love our kids and do everything they can to support their learning and development. If I could I'd rate 6/5.

  So I’ll start off with some positive, our kids have been going to bright horizons for roughly 4 years. In the beginning this place was amazing and we loved it. We toured a few places and this was the only one that did not stink like dirty diapers, had a friendly staff and an awesome indoor playground. They had/ have some amazing people there ( Miss Dahlie, Miss Megan, Miss Brooke, Miss Meg, and the especially amazing Miss PAM). My kids always felt loved and important by these individuals in particular. Over the last year it has progressively declined and become very cold and the corporate feel is very apparent. We used to feel very welcome every morning and now we’re lucky to get a hello. The turnover rate here is very high and we even saw one of the amazing teachers working at a local kum & go gas station stating she made more working there than she did at bright horizons. Maybe it’s easy for some kids but for others who struggle with change, frequent teacher changes were a real emotional struggle. Our kids definitely learned alot from this place and learned to respect authority and others. All this being said I would not change the time we had here, but we are extremely concerned about the direction this place is going. Our second child’s last day was today after roughly 3 years. Not only did none of his teachers know he was leaving, he didnt even get a goodbye. Needless to say, we are disappointed with our exit and had hoped for more. We will sincerely miss the teachers who have positively influenced our kiddos but will not recommend this facility as it stands today. We hope that this can become the center it was when we started.

  My daughter has been going to Bright Horizons for a couple of years. She absolutely loves it. The staff is great with her, I feel safe leaving her there, and they work with my schedule. They are not just a daycare, my daughter learns so much from her teachers. Highly recommend!

  My 2 year old son was shy and anxious about starting preschool. Both the administration and the teachers are SO supportive of our visits to get him acclimated in time for enrollment!
