They have a welcoming environment, they sent us so many pictures and they even called us in the middle of her first day to let us know how she was doing which really put our mind at ease. All of the teachers we interacted with were fantastic, I love the curriculum they have and can't say enough great things about Bright Horizons.

As first-time parents navigating the daycare experience, we didn’t quite know what to expect—but she has exceeded every hope we had and more. Miss Jenna has such a natural gift for working with babies. She is genuinely kind, patient, and attentive, and it’s clear how much she truly cares. Our 5-month-old absolutely adores her—he lights up the moment he sees her in the morning, which gives us so much comfort and reassurance. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure our baby feels loved, safe, and well cared for throughout the day. We especially appreciate the thoughtful updates and photos she sends—they brighten our day and help us feel connected even while we’re apart. We are so grateful for Miss Jenna and the positive, nurturing environment she creates. She has made our first daycare experience an overwhelmingly wonderful one, and we truly couldn’t ask for a better person to care for our baby!!

- MWMaura WSep 19, 20241.0My baby was enrolled here from February-April 2024 in the infant/Nido program. Although we thought and still do think there are some great and caring staff, we had an extremely concerning incident and needed to immediately unenroll him for his safety. Please be aware there are NOT cameras in the infant rooms, and there are times only one staff member is present with the babies, due to the low ratios. If you have an infant currently enrolled here, I would encourage you to request cameras be installed if it has not been done already as a result of our experience.
