  Monarch Society provides warmth and dignity from the moment you enter its beautiful Victorian home. Tiffany Estela provides an assurance of a professional, she is patient, thorough and sincere. No exaggerated emotions here. Monarch is completely accommodating with your wishes. I am a repeat customer. Each retrieval of my loved one’s body was performed by individuals dressed formally in somewhat a Victorian style- obviously the season and weather are factors- and in a most dignified manner. A beautiful quilt is provided as the final wrap. I almost forgot to mention the financial aspect. Monarch Society offers the highest quality service for an affordable price in my opinion.

  Monarch Society was highly referred to me by a close friend several years ago. I contacted them and everything was laid out in plain English ( meaning form start to end ). Justina, thanks for all you have done & are doing for us throughout this whole process.   At the worst time of my life, arranging the cremation of my beloved wife facing a terminal cancer diagnosis with just weeks to live, The Monarch Society provided solace, assurance and expertise to my wife and me. Tiffany treated us with empathy and professionalism during our first agonizing visit and again at the follow-up visit. She patiently and carefully answered our questions. No one should sugarcoat the terrible experience of arranging the funeral or cremation of a loved one. But Tiffany’s calm, attentive guidance to us about the process helped fill in the blanks in our knowledge, which provided us with the assurance that, as terrible as we knew our future was going to be, she and her colleagues would help us every step of the way. That assurance provided us with a modicum of peace of mind at a critical time when we plainly lacked it. Now, four months after my wife died, I can look back and thank The Monarch Society for its assistance to me and our family. And I can now finally write this Google review and recommend The Monarch Society to anyone considering the cremation of their loved one.

  The Monarch Society helped our family make an extremely difficult and painful time more bearable, thanks to the kindness, dignity and respect with which they handled arrangements for my mother. Tiffany was so kind and straightforward in every interaction from our first phone call to our in-person meeting the next day to follow up texts on her personal cell. She took great care of us and went out of her way to accommodate a really swift timeline so that we could honor my mom's wishes and spread her remains as a family together. We are SO grateful (in a world of too many awful commission based / upselling funeral homes that take advantage of grieving families) that a local, independent and honorable organization like The Monarch Society exists. On the morning that my mother was cremated, I was walking by my home and saw 7 butterflies together, like the 7 members of our immediate family - including 2 monarchs. What a sign that we made the right choice.
