  As a busy business owner and mama, finding teachers I can truly trust and lean on means everything. Ms. Charisma,Mr Brody, Ms. Destiny, Ms. Marisol, and Ms. Kaitlyn have been so loving and supportive to both of my girls. Ms. Charisma has taken extra time to sit with my 4 year old and help her learn how to write her name, which has meant so much to me. And my 8 month old has already been hitting milestones since starting here a few months ago. Knowing my babies are cared for, encouraged, and loved while I’m working gives me so much peace of mind. We are so thankful for these amazing teachers ❤️

  My children (aged 4 and 5) had been enrolled in this facility for nearly one year. Unfortunately, the center was not aware of my active involvement in my children's lives, which resulted in a rocky introduction back in September, after I became aware that that was where my daughters were being taken to school. I was met with a significant amount of resistance as I tried to get access to the information, records, and more importantly, the educational experience (for the sake of supporting my daughters in the best way possible). I recall specifically asking for handouts and school work I could use to support my daughter's education at home on at least 6 occasions, finally receiving some degree of support from the director in March. This was unfortunately, coincided with having an issue with one of the teachers privately soliciting me for after hours care, on the clock, in violation of the policies and procedures of the facility. Upon further Discovery, my daughters were being taken out of class for "sports", despite the center verifying that neither parent had actually provided consent for this additional activity. My primary problems were: 1. Private solicitation by a teacher on school premises 2. The TV shows they were allowed to watch in the classrooms (specifically after 3:00 p.m.), such as demon, hunters and others 3. Withholding and concealing of information related to my children and their care. I brought my concerns to the teachers directly, to which she told me she was not comfortable having a conversation. This alarmed me even further. I escalated to the director, upon the teachers recommendation, and the director said it wasn't her problem either. I then was instructed by the director to escalate to police and other licensing reporting options, which have been followed. This all came to a head, the day before my co-parent and I had a meeting scheduled with the director, where I was informed by the regional director that my girls were being disenrolled immediately. I have been provided partial documentation, and up to this point the Highpointe Academy facility and staff has only acted to protect themselves from liability. I would highly recommend anyone who has a significant level of care for how their children are cared for during the day to AVOID this facility due to the concerns outlined above.

  HPA is topnotch. Ray, Alex and the rest of the staff caring, high-quality, competent people. They know what they are doing as they offer a great program. They are caring, friendly, considerate, and accommodating. It is a safe and clean facility in a convenient location. Our 3 1/2-year-old boy knows all the staff by name and often tells us he loves this person or that. We think it's the best in the area!

  My daughter has been going to highpoint since, she was 2..Mrs Alex started out as her lead teacher and has since,become the director and we are so happy to have seen her move up. The teachers have all been amazing so much so my daughter still likes to give her old teachers hugs...Highpoint is more like family...Than just another daycare. Liz&Mark

  I think you guys have done a wonderful job, all the teachers have smiles and treat me as a close friend if not family. My daughter loves not just her teacher but others as they interact in the hall way. They always have food even im wanting to eat! ;) They do very well with communicating with me. My daughter is 4 and in the pr-k program and has done very well working with the teacher and advancing forward. Anna
