- KMKristyn MichaelAug 17, 20263.0My family member was at Hildebrand for about a week for rehab after a week's stay in the hospital. She barely ate the entire time she was there and complained about the food. We had to bring meals from home for her to eat. On two different occasions I sampled food from her dinner plates. It was terrible. Very bland. No seasoning, and just poor quality.

- TTTheBlackdiafulApr 25, 20265.0The staff is amazing. Very friendly, loving and caring. The place is clean and doesn’t smell. My mom loves the activities and she gets to go shopping. I don’t understand why this isn’t a 5 star facility. It is in me eyes. I just visited a place in Pueblo. A nursing home. Or a rehabilitation facility. I did not like it but it had 4.2 stars. I give that place a 2 stars. Hildebrand Care Center is a great facility! My son and I eat with my mom every time we visit her. The food okay. Some things are better than others. But we don’t have a problem with it. And the wait staff is amazing. And they are great with the patients. I’ve seen their interactions!!

- JGJoyce GonzalezSep 24, 20182.0The CNA 's. Acted afraid of my husband because of his scratching and biting and wouldn't attend to him and didn't come uup with a solution so I brought him home and he's doing a lot better with CNA'swho know how to attend to his needs

Our medical director is here once a week and the nurse practitioner is here twice a week. We also wound care doctor that comes once a week.

Medicare A residents can be out of the facility subject to therapy schedule. Medicaid residents can have a total of 18 nights out of the nursing home per year. Private residents may have unlimited outings. All outings are subject to physician's approval and nursing staff must be notified.

Visitation hours any time. Doors lock at 8:00 pm. Please call (719) 275-8656 extension 212 for after-hour visitation.
