  We have had a really great experience with our child at this daycare. The staff genuinely care about the children, and it shows in the way they interact with my child and make sure they are comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I especially want to recognize Taylor, the director. She takes concerns seriously, communicates quickly, and actually takes the time to look into things rather than brushing them off. That level of communication, professionalism, and accountability means a lot to our family and gives us confidence in the people caring for our child. Aiden has also been wonderful with my child. You can tell there is genuine care and patience there, and it is reassuring to see how comfortable my child is with the staff. It makes a huge difference as a parent knowing your child is around people who truly care about them. One thing I really appreciate is how well the daycare keeps parents updated through the Procare app. We are able to stay informed about what our child is doing throughout the day, including activities, meals, and other updates. That communication gives us peace of mind and helps us feel connected even when we aren't there. I also want to recognize the morning-shift staff for being attentive, direct, and protective when it comes to the children. You can tell they take their responsibilities seriously and are committed to making sure the children are safe and properly cared for. As a parent, I really value having staff members who are willing to speak up and advocate for the children in their care. The daycare is also consistently clean and well maintained, which is extremely important to us. Overall, we have been very happy with our child's care. No daycare is going to be perfect, and kids are naturally going to have bumps and falls, but what matters to me is how the staff respond, communicate, and take responsibility. So far, I have seen that they genuinely care and are willing to listen and improve. Thank you to Taylor, Aiden, and the entire team for taking such good care of my child.   We have been going to highpointe for about 3 months. We switched our daughter to this daycare after a negative experience at another daycare. The teachers here and admin staff have been so wonderful! We love all the instructors in the infant room, especially Ms. Amy! We receive pictures and updates constantly throughout the day and feel at ease everyday knowing she is in such good hands! Highly recommend🙂

  Our son, Luke, has been attending HighPointe since the school opened around 2022, since he was an infant. Then our daughter Kimmy began attending since she was an infant too. They are now ages 2 and 4 and we've has such a great experience with them the entire time. The teachers genuinely care about our kids and they teach our kids things that I would not have thought to teach such as basic things like talking and colors, numbers and all that. My son would just come home and suddenly he knew his colors and numbers and I never taught that stuff at home. I can tell they have a great structure to their curriculum and correctly teach age-appropriate milestones to the kids. Same with my daughter. They've been doing a great job potty training her and I don't even have to worry about it. My kids love and trust their teachers. It has been such a pleasure having reliable child care. I love how they offer "parents night out" every now and then and fun little activities outside of regular daycare. HighPointe would be the only place I would recommend to other families of young children.

  Our twins started at HighPointe Academy Saddle Rock when they were 9 months old, and now they are almost 3 and it has been a wonderful experience and resource for our family! The incredible teachers in each of their classrooms over the last 2 years have been so instrumental in helping our kids learn and thrive. They have all shown a level of individualized care and support that makes our kids excited to go to school each day, and also extreme patience and understanding with us parents (which is something teachers don't get enough credit for). We recently transitioned into early pre-K classrooms and decided to separate our twins, which we were nervous about since they have been together literally their whole lives so far. But their new teachers, Ms. Annika and Ms. Siva (as well as Ms. AJ, Mr. Jacob and Mr. Jake when filling in as needed), helped make that transition easy for all of us. And a very special shout out to Ms. Annika and Ms. Siva for helping maintain potty-training schedules in their classrooms throughout the weekdays so we can continue to make progress in that uphill battle! Ms. Joecella and Ms. Debbie (Director and Assistant Director) are awesome and deserve their own shout out as well! They are very responsive to questions from the parents and great about sending center updates and reminders each week. It is clear that they work hard to keep the center running smoothly while also planning fun events and activities for the kids and families to participate in outside of the classrooms.

  We have been going to HighPointe Academy for just over two years now and have had a wonderful experience. Both of my children have thrived at this school and every teacher we’ve had has been amazing. My youngest started with Miss Kirstie and Amy in the infant classroom and is now with Miss CeCe and Miss Mani in toddlers. I’ve always felt that she is in great hands and I know she feels comfortable with each of them. They are all loving and compassionate and they put so much effort into activities and crafts and send tons of photos of the littles having fun. My oldest has gone through most of the classrooms and I share the same sentiment about the teachers he has had. He was most recently with Miss Jenny and is now with Miss Yali (shout out to Cassidy and Jacob for doing a great job filling in recently). He always comes home with stories of their activities and what they were taught that day. His teachers are always communicative and bring a happy, positive attitude each day which I recognize is difficult but I truly appreciate. Lastly, Debbie the assistant director is a rockstar, very organized and on top of reminders and communication and is always so so nice.
