Volunteer Organization
The Arvada Jefferson Kiwanis Club was chartered in 1963 and currently has over 80 members. Today there are over 7,800 Kiwanis clubs in 82 nations around the world. We are one of 75 clubs of the Rocky Mountain District of Kiwanis which covers Colorado, Wyoming, and the panhandle of Nebraska. Our motto is “Serving the Children of the World”.
Kiwanis helps kids around the world. Our Kiwanis club looks out for our community while the Kiwanis international organization takes on large-scale, often worldwide, challenges, such as fighting disease and poverty. Our Kiwanis club is generous with its time. We are creative with our ideas. We are passionate about making a difference. And we have fun along the way!
