  My husband and I recently attended one of Brian's lunch & learn seminars. As he was giving his presentation, orders were being taken, it was very loud, and difficult to hear him talk, and nobody seemed to be paying attention to him. We came to this seminar to gain information, but the whole scenario seemed to be poorly planned out. During his speech, he said there were prizes to be given out (gift cards) for the correct answer to some trivia questions. My husband and I both answered 2 questions correctly. Nobody comes by with the gift card. We ask both of his associates and were given the run around. Finally as his staff came to our table to ask when they can come to our house for a private chat about the services (that's the hook - they want to come to your home), we DID schedule a date/time for the end of July, and was told it would be at that time the gift cards would be given. That sounded a bit shady to me. Well, low and behold we never received any communication from his team whatsoever about the appointment that was made. This seemed like a scam of sorts. Don't offer gift cards/prizes during your seminar if you don't have them readily available to hand out - that's just wrong.
