  We went to church here while passing through town. We had a wonderful experience. The congregation was very welcoming, friendly, and kind. We were 45 minutes early (church started at 10am), so we enjoyed walking the halls and seeing all the beautiful art depicting various times in Christ's life and other scripture stories. We were welcomed by many. It helped also that we went out of our way to say hello to the locals, because there were many visitors and not everyone new we were visiting. It was a great experience. We love visiting different church congregations as we travel. The Spirit of God was there, and we frequently feel uplifted when we visit The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

  You guys need to do something about the rude security guard. I have gone to this church before and have met some very kind missionaries, but the disrespect that I received from the security guard today really tainted the image of this church. I usually go for a morning jog around this neighborhood and I end my workout by doing some squats/jumping jacks on the sidewalk by the parking lot. Today, the security guard approached me on his bike and yelled out "Why are you here? Why are you on private property?" Confused, because I was just on the sidewalk, I asked him "Am I not allowed to workout here?" He responded aggressively, "You're trespassing! The sign there says this is private property, no trespassing." I was upset and began walking home. I passed by the sign and took a look. No where does it say "private property" or "no trespassing." (See picture) The security guard deliberately lied to me to make me leave, even though I was minding my own business and finishing up my workout. I wasn't even in the parking lot -- just the sidewalk! If you guys are trying to create a welcoming church environment, please discipline or get rid of this disrespectful security guard.
