- RSRachel SmithDec 4, 20251.0Sandy is so rude and disrespectful and called me an idiot for missing my appointment because I got extremely ill and could not get anyone to help me take my dog on short notice and Tod me she was gonna make sure that the animal shelter fined me and refused to reschedule me and accused me of taking money out of her pocket and hung up on me. I can barely talk becsuse of this severe cold I have and she wouldn’t even let me try to talk and was yelling over me. I have never been treated so poorly in my life and felt this was extremely unprofessional.

I was able to get my kitty fixed, chipped, and vaccinated on a very tight budget. To future FOWAS users: ask the staff or look on their website to see what you can donate... even if you can't afford monetrary donations, many people have extra towels or blankets around the house they can donate to shelters. Thank you, FOWAS, for all you do for the community!💕
