I contacted the Key the day before her release and a caregiver was there as she was being wheeled into our home. During the six weeks that my wife needed home care, Lisa, our primary caregiver was superb. Her great level of care was instrumental in my wife's recovery. The agency itself was excellent. Cindy, our primary point of contact, always answered my calls promptly and knowledgeably. Their billing was simple and they worked with my insurance company. Overall, I would highly recommend this agency.
