I love my church and my brothers and sisters. It is such a wonderful place to come and socialize with others of the same faith. We welcome all visitors with open arms and you will be greeted every time you come. and even though we dress up to go to church, don’t feel like you have to put on a dress or a suit. We welcome you as you are and we welcome who you are. Our church functions are so much fun we never charge for any of our functions the church supplies, the majority of the food, and sometimes the members will bring food items to make our events even better than they already are. I am thankful that my grandmother back in the 1800s were meeting with the missionary in the backwoods of Bavaria, Germany. After learning the doctrine of the church, they came two by two through Ellis Island to Salt Lake City, Utah. This is where they planted their roots. My mother was born in Salt Lake City Utah. Her mother and her sister left Salt Lake and came to California three other siblings remained in Salt Lake City. I wish I knew who they were. We lost contact when my grandmother Margaret kathrine Kreutzer passed away. I hope by doing genealogy that I will find my relatives in Salt Lake City and be able to go visit them. That is another thing that the LDS church is real strong in is finding out your genealogy come on this Sunday to the building on TULARE and Conyer at 9 AM and find out what we are all about, just introduce yourself to one person and say you are new and you will be greeted and taken care of.

Super nice group of people. While I am not of their faith they don't hold it against me.
