Excelsior High Desert Young Marines

We are the Excelsior High Desert Young Marines located in Victorville, CA. We are proud to be a part of our nation’s premiere, award-winning program for boys and girls between the ages of eight and eighteen years of age. The Young Marines promote a healthy, drug-free lifestyle, and we rely heavily upon teaching and instilling the values of Discipline, Teamwork, and Leadership to youths participating in our program. Our goal is to set a positive example to instruct and inspire and develop leadership skills in our youth. Upon completion of recruit training, participants are instructed in rank structure and allowed to take part in numerous activities in our area and sometimes in combination with other units when possible.
