I was also contacted with updates regarding my process with the county. I was expecting two weeks before I received my death certificates and it was only days. The staff was very courteous and professional. I was referred by a neighbor and I would refer others requiring their services.

From our very first meeting through the services and even afterward, they continued to check in on our family and offer assistance whenever needed. They treated us as people, not as a business transaction. Every staff member was welcoming, understanding, compassionate, and genuinely caring. They took the time to listen, answer our questions, and provide a wealth of information and guidance both during the planning process and after the services.
