We sent our child to this daycare for several years. In the beginning, we had a good experience. However, things changed once our child became a more active toddler. As he became more energetic and had difficulty sitting still or following a structured schedule, we were frequently asked to pick him up. Many of these calls came before lunchtime, often after the first behavioral incident of the day. Despite our child rarely being able to complete a full day, we continued paying full tuition. If you’re considering this daycare for an active toddler who is still learning to regulate their emotions or has occasional tantrums—which is a normal part of toddler development—our experience was that this was not the right environment. We were expected to pick up our child immediately after the first incident, and if we didn’t answer right away, the daycare would continue calling until someone came to get him. Rather than working through age-appropriate behaviors, it felt like sending children home was the first solution instead of the last. Every family’s experience may be different, but based on ours, this daycare seems better suited for children who are already able to consistently follow routines, sit still for extended periods, and rarely have behavioral challenges. Families of active toddlers should know what to expect before enrolling.

Do not send your child here! My husband and I decided to send our two year old to daycare here two days out of the week. The first week he was so excited and we would get updates on the app on how he was doing. Week two he didn't want me to leave him and that was strange because he has always been a happy kid. On October 30th was picture day . Around 10:15am I received one call no voicemail while I was at work. I happened to glance at my email and it was a message from the Director Derek. It stated that my son was fine and that he and a classmate were throwing soft blocks at each other and before the teacher could intervene the other kid scratched my son on his nose. I called the school to see what was going on and if my son was ok. He stated that everything is fine and they were just being boys. I asked how did the scratches look and he said they were small. I felt uneasy and decided to leave work early and go get my child. As I walk into school I stopped by the office and asked if I needed to sign paper work and Derek says oh no it's with the teacher. When I got to the class all the kids were in the middle of nap time. My child was far away from all of the other kids with a nose full of snot. My child's face look like a wild animal attacked him. I checked his body and it looked like he was being chocked and he had a scratch under his neck and the back of it and hands. As I look at the indent report the teacher had the nerve to draw a happy face on the paperwork. I went back to Derek's office and told him this is unacceptable this is a "you need to pick him up now situation" he's response was cold and he said "IM SORRY YOU FEEL THAT WAY" this man never once got up to look at the wounds on my child her just didn't care. On my way home Derek sends me an apology email instead of talking to me in person. My husband went to the school and showed Derek the pictures of our child's wounds and told him to find out what really happened to our kid. He came back and had the teacher rewrite the incident report and put severely injured and where and when it happened. We asked for the district managers number and if she could give us a call. She calls us the next day and gives us a whole different story on what happened. She stated that Derek says that my son and another kid were playing together and throwing soft blocks and the teacher yells across the room to tell them to stop. Another kids grabs my child and scratches him and my child tries to get away from being attacked. Why wasn't my child protected! This is not ok! Now the state is getting involved!

Child Abuse! My three year old daughter was grabbed by the arm so hard and aggressively and then physically pulled down to the floor by a teacher at Kinder Care named Ms. Adalia. The incident happened just a few minutes before I walked in the door to pick her up, so my daughter was able to communicate this to me. When I rolled up her sleeve to see what my daughter was pointing at she showed me the red wheeled mark and sacredly cried " Ms Adalia hurt me"... There was a 4 finger welt mark that lasted a 1/2 hour! When I asked the aggressor what happen she did this dog and pony show on another child to show how she "handled" my child. Which didn't match up with the welted finger prints... While she's doing this demonstration in my mind I'm also thinking, why are you even touching the children? I photographed the mark and filled a police report. The detective I reported it to said he could see it and said I had a case. Unfortunately The school did a wonderful job covering it up. The assistant director saw the welts immediately after the incident and agreed they were quite visible but an incident report was not written in the moment. I had to insistently ask for it to be written and I finally got one three days after the incident occurred. In which, at that point the school would not let me communicate with the accused teacher or assistant director who barred whiteness to the marks. At the time of the incident there was a parent in the room picking up her child. When I asked her what happen she said she didn't know. Then the story got changed, by the school to the police department, that she did know and "nothing" happened. They twisted it up really well. So much to the point that they were trying to claim that my three old placed a four adult size finger welt mark print on herself... !!!!! Can you imagine? As the story goes the teacher had several versions of the incident. 1 she told me, one she told the school and one she told the police. I was devastated, shocked and disappointment and afraid for the well being of my child and pulled her out the following week. My daughter and I have been traumatized by this experience a heath a warning to all parents looking at this place as an option. STAY AWAY RUN! Don't trust Kinder Care - Not only this location but the entire organization - because the cover up came all the way up from the top. The main office didn't even return my calls. Can you believe that. I left several messages and not one call returned. When I put my daughter in this school I had a gut feeling and I should of listened. Everything other reviewers on Yelp say about how dirty, under equipped and and how lack luster the staff is all true. Btw. I posted a review on yelp as well and it got "taken down" as soon as Kinder Care started advertising with them. But don't get me started on Yelp. Also the parents here are not united and actually I volunteered for a events at the school and was disappointed in the support by the parents. Aggression levels are high: amongst the children they are allowed to play shooter gun games my daughter said she didn't like it. Children are allowed to play with baseball bats and there isn't a baseball team in sight. Instead they wield them around as swords, guns and whack one another with them. Teachers are picking children up by the arm, yelling in their faces. I witnessed several instances of this when picking my daughter up from school, from the parking lot on any given day. Can you imagine what goes on when they think no one is looking!!??? With all this said the teacher who hurt my daughter is still teaching there, the other teachers are still there and the school is left unchanged!
