  We ordered a two-tier chocolate mousse cake with fresh strawberries and an additional 1/4 sheet cake for our wedding of about 200 guests. The cake was absolutely delicious—so many of our guests complimented it, and the chocolate mousse with fresh strawberries was a huge hit! The only small issue was that the decoration colors weren’t what we had requested. We provided an inspiration photo and specifically asked for the blue and purple colors to be changed to mauve and fuchsia, which was noted during the ordering process. Unfortunately, the cake still came out with blue and purple accents instead. That said, it honestly wasn’t a big deal to us at the end of the day and I didn’t really notice until I got my photos back! The cake tasted amazing, communication throughout the process was great, delivery was seamless, and the pricing was very reasonable. We paid about $370 total, including delivery, for a two-tier cake and a 1/4 sheet cake, which we felt was a great value. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend them! I would just confirm again next time if they used correct colors.

  I have mixed feelings about reviewing because she helped me out with a cake on short notice but it was sooooo expensive and nothing personal or thoughtful in any part of it. I’m Sad I spent so much. Do your shopping. Times are tough so I wanted to review to help others save money. A little extra touch goes a long way!

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this bakery to think twice. I placed an order for a birthday cake and was charged in full, yet the bakery failed to fulfill my order and my wife was left without her birthday cake at her event. To make matters worse, after the incident I made multiple attempts to contact management to resolve the issue and request a refund, but my calls went unanswered and I received no meaningful communication. As a paying customer, I expected either the product I paid for or, at the very least, prompt customer service and accountability when the order was not fulfilled. Unfortunately, I received neither. Based on my experience, I cant recommend this business. If you value reliability, communication, and customer service, I would encourage you to consider another bakery for your special occasion.
