Brittany is genuinely empathetic, understanding, and easy to talk to. She creates a safe, supportive environment where I never feel judged or rushed. Her ability to truly listen makes it easier to open up about even the most difficult topics. I feel validated, clearer in my thoughts, and better equipped with practical tools to move forward.

I've been Brittany's patient for about 2 years or so. In my life I've seen at least 7 therapists. Some forget all about you between visits. Some don't listen to you at all or just give advice that upsets you. Some just don't seem to do anything though are really empathetic.
Brittany is awesome. She listens then restates it in a way that you can hear the issue for yourself. She's encouraging without being pushy. She's empathetic and matches your sense of humor. I actually feel like I'm making progress.
I highly recommend her.
