- LELisa Elesie2 days ago1.0Awful, do not do open casket or make sure if u have a pre need, that they don’t short you. My mother looked horrible, they did an awful job with appearance. Her lower face and jaw area were sunk and looked stretched. Awful to see. Plus, they were several hours late in picking up body. Very traumatic as she was turning yellow and had odor of death.
