We have had a very positive experience with KinderCare, and I’m truly grateful for all the teachers and staff who have been part of my daughter’s journey. She started daycare on July 8, 2024, when she was just 14 months old, and her last day was August 17, 2026. Over these two years, we watched her learn, grow, become more independent, and, most importantly, have a great time at school.
Her Toddler Room teachers, Miss Keanna and Miss Mariah, hold a very special place in our hearts. When our daughter started daycare at just 14 months old, it was a huge adjustment for her. She was very young and had to get used to being away from us, and spending her day with new people. Those initial days were emotional for both her and us as parents.
Miss Keanna and Miss Mariah provided so much emotional support, comfort, patience, and reassurance during those early days. They were incredibly attentive to her needs and helped her feel safe and secure in the classroom. They comforted her when she was upset, gave her the reassurance she needed.
They helped her build confidence and trust and created a warm and caring environment where she could start developing relationships with her teachers and classmates. They gave her such a positive foundation, and we will always appreciate the care and emotional support they gave her.
When she transitioned to the DP room, we initially had Miss Tania and Miss Juztina, followed later by Miss Maya and Miss Angelica. During that transition, we did experience some challenges, particularly with the new teachers. There was quite a bit of frustration among parents, and management eventually listened to the concerns and took action to address the situation. I genuinely appreciate that management was responsive to the parents and took the necessary steps to resolve the issues.
Because of what we experienced during that transition, we started looking at other schools and daycare options for our daughter. We had actually made up our minds to move her to another school before she transitioned to preschool.
However, then came Miss Angela, her Preschool teacher, and she almost completely changed our minds! ❤️ She was such a wonderful teacher, and our daughter really enjoyed being in her classroom. We could see how happy and comfortable our daughter was with her, and we could also see how much she was learning. Miss Angela made such a positive impression on both our daughter and us that, for a while, we seriously considered staying.
In the end, we still decided to move our daughter, but it was definitely not an easy decision. Miss Angela was one of the biggest reasons we found ourselves questioning whether we should leave at all.
I also want to give a special shout-out to the front desk team, Miss Leah and Miss Giselle. They have been incredibly supportive, welcoming, and caring toward our daughter and our family from day one. During much of our time there, Director Melody was away from the center for extended periods due to personal reasons, and as a result, Miss Leah and Miss Giselle often became the people we relied on most for day-to-day communication, questions, and support.
The KinderCare app was another thing we really appreciated. It was extremely helpful to receive updates throughout the day, including how much food our daughter was eating, her nap updates, and her sign-in/sign-out details. As parents, being able to see those little updates during the day gave us peace of mind.
Overall, despite some challenges along the way, we are very happy with our overall experience at KinderCare. No daycare experience is perfect, but what matters most to us is that our daughter was cared for, emotionally supported, learned a lot, and made many happy memories. Last but not the least, she made so many wonderful friends there and we got chance to make parent friends :)

AMAZING! EXPECTATIONS EXCEEDED!
My son has been with KinderCare since he was 3 months old. He is 19 months old now and this is the 3rd KinderCare he has been to. Keep in mind that they all operate differently. A bad experience in one (or two) does not mean they’re all terrible. This specific center went above and beyond my expectations. I went on their Yelp page and saw all the positive reviews for this location, so I decided to give KinderCare one last chance.
My son has been here for 6 months. His teachers Ms. Luvia, Ms. Leticia, and Ms. Guitar are so wonderful. In the little time he spent with them, he has learned so much. They aren’t just “babysitters”. They actually teach the children. I’m so amazed at how much my son has learned. He’s been learning how to speak, does sign language, is learning his shapes, colors, alphabet, and numbers. He knows how to properly hold and use crayons and pencils. He’s learning how to become independent. My husband and I have seen so much growth in him. My son has also grown to love them. They treat him like their own. He doesn’t even care when I leave the classroom anymore. When I have to drop him off early in the morning in the infant room, Ms. Espi is always so kind. She knows how to comfort him when he’s upset. He’s very fond of her. She knows just what he needs to calm him down, especially when he’s hysterical.
Everyone is so warm and welcoming! The office staff has been supportive during our transition from 2 other KinderCare locations. 3rd time is definitely the charm!!! They know every single child’s name in the building. They are so personable. It’s just amazing how you can feel the positivity when walking through those doors and you are always greeted. If you ever have a concern, they listen and address it accordingly. They care so much about the children, their families, and the teachers... and it shows. They treat you like family here. I never want to leave! I’m already not looking forward to leaving when he’s 5.
Thank you Santa Clara KinderCare teachers and staff! I appreciate you all. I cannot do this parenting thing without you. YOU ARE TRULY REMARKABLE!!!
