  From the first phone call I made to Assisting Hands with inquiries about their services, I was treated with respect, dignity and a true desire to help with and accommodate my needs. I always felt taken care of by everyone with whom I spoke. One of the best parts of their service is that they take the time to try very hard to find the “right” person for your family member, not just anyone available. It was a perfect match and this made all the difference to me and my family. My 104 year old aunt had one main caregiver, but when she needed to have some time off, each person they sent to fill-in was kind and gentle and treated my aunt with the same affection as her regular caregiver When my aunt eventually needed 24 hour Hospice care, Assisting Hands coordinated and cooperated with Hospice to fill in the time slots Hospice was finding difficult to staff, with one of the owners actually taking a shift herself to be sure my aunt was not alone. The entirety of their operation was always professional, completely reliable, and filled with warm, caring and giving people.

  Ruth and her team helped our family for many years. Ruth has always been amazingly kind, patient and caring. She is extremely professional and has a great team of caretakers as well. We were blessed to have found Assisting Hands and would not hesitate to recommend them.

  I have relied upon Assisting Hands for more than 3 years to provide part time staffing for my mother in her home. We have welcomed 5-6 different workers for various needs and each one has been a dream. This agency finds and retains high quality people who are intelligent and compassionate. My mother has Alzheimers and the workers have always treated her with respect. I interviewed 6 agencies and tried 2 prior to contacting Assisting Hands. My experience with was subpar. You really can give Assisting Hands a try snd i believe you will be very pleased.

  Assisting Hands Dana Point has been a lifesaver for our family. After my mother had a bad fall and surgery, we needed 24/7 care for mom in her own home. The care and sincere kindness shared by Ruth, Beverly and their great staff was most appreciated. We had a great experience and extended the time for companionship for mom. She's now in an Assisted Living facility and had another bad fall when visiting a friend. When the hospital was ready to release her, we knew exactly who to call. Ruth and Beverly jumped right on it and we had 24/7 care within 24 hours. We knew that mom would be in good hands! My family would highly recommend Assisting Hands Dana Point for your family's needs.
