  San Jose Funeral Services has been a blessing to our family as we navigated a loved one’s passing. From start to end, they listened, supported, and guided us.   Justin was very helpful during my dads passing. He explained everything from what are the next steps, to what they will be doing, with affordable cost, and excellent service. Thank you for making this challenging time bearable. The whole process was smooth and less stressful.

  This review is long overdue. We lost our grandmother weeks before shelter in place in Feb 2020. After a few consultation with other funeral services in the area, we decided to hire San Jose Funeral Service to arrange our grandmother's funeral. Mike, Ben & the entire staff at San Jose Funeral Service was absolutely amazing. They were kind, gracious and helpful during the entire process. Mike went above and beyond and contacted the interment/burial site in Southern California on our behalf. Mike also assisted in getting an error on the death certificate corrected. The day of the cremation, Ben chaperoned us to the cremation site and was with us the entire time. Planning for a funeral service is not easy as there are many details to consider. San Jose Funeral service was flexible and accommodated all of our requests. We are thankful that we found a family business that truly cares about its clients and treated our loss with respect and utmost care. The Lee Family

  We held my Dad’s funeral through SJ Funeral service. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I called often with a lot of questions and never felt like I was bothering anyone. The VA office never came through with my Dad’s paperwork so we couldn’t have military honors at his funeral so Sheila and Victoria went above and beyond to make sure that he was recognized as a veteran at his funeral. I appreciate every one of the staff here!

  This establishment helped my family tremendously during our time of need. Mike, Ben, Candy (thank you all for everything) were all extremely wonderful, went above and beyond my expectations. What makes this place great is that they are definitely here to help you and your family. They don't try to do a sales pitch like a car salesman would. They made me and family feel like they truly cared for our loss. I was not aware that they were going to be there at the mass and at the cemetery. They helped explain what we must do when entering the church, once inside, exiting, and at the cemetery, you name it. They literally helped us every step of the way. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are looking for reasonable prices and a friendly staff.
