  We had such a wonderful experience with this daycare! The teachers took excellent care of our children and always made them feel safe, happy, and loved. We truly appreciated the thoughtful activities they planned, which kept the kids engaged and excited to learn, as well as the kind gestures they showed our family. I will definitely miss the lovely conversations with the teachers and directors—not only about our children’s progress but also our friendly catch-ups. We’re so grateful to Celida, Katrina, and the entire Scripps Ranch team, and we would highly recommend this daycare to other families!

  We had an extremely disappointing experience with this KinderCare location after enrolling both of our sons. We experienced repeated issues with the billing department, including inconsistent application of the sibling discount and recurring discrepancies involving our employer tuition subsidy. These were not isolated issues and required repeated follow-up to resolve. More concerning was an incident in which our son experienced an unobserved concussion while on the playground. When I asked the program director about what had occurred and about the center’s staff training and protocols for responding to pediatric head injuries, I was unable to obtain clear, objective information. I was also disappointed that there was no meaningful follow-up offered after the conversation. Cleanliness was another concern. Both of our sons experienced gastrointestinal illnesses while attending this daycare, more frequently than they had at any other childcare facility they attended. I do want to acknowledge that the women working in the infant room were wonderful. They clearly cared deeply for the babies and treated them with genuine warmth and affection. That was one of the few consistently positive aspects of our experience. Unfortunately, beyond the infant-room staff, we found nearly every aspect of the institution to be subpar, particularly communication, coordination, and transparency. We experienced what felt like a significant disconnect between what was communicated by the front office and corporate KinderCare representatives and what was ultimately delivered, including regarding tuition costs, program offerings, and how the daycare was operated (a true bait-and-switch). Based on our experience, we would not enroll our children at a KinderCare facility again, and we would not recommend this institution to our colleagues or other families seeking childcare-ever.

  This place is right at home. Its been So far so good. We’ve been having a great experience with our son being here. Very friendly staff , from management to teachers, everyone is friendly and kind. Miss McKenzie is the best with her warm smile every time we pick up our son. And the assistant director, wow she’s one of the best person there…. Her kindness is simply amazing…. I brought out son one day and there were 2 teachers in the room, one getting a child changed and another , not sure what she was doing - writting something on her iPad . But the assistant director came in and saved the day…. She simply understood that our child needed someone to reassure him that it’ll be okay even when mom leaves. I appreciated that gesture so much ….. knowing what a child needed and calming him down. I feel safe leaving our son here and I would definitely recommend this place to any parents who wants to have a peace of mind while they’re at work. Thank you all for that you do, you’re greatly appreciated. God bless you all . Thank you
