  I write this review on the eve of my daughter’s graduation from SHAP. It is so bittersweet as I’m so excited for her next chapter but I will really miss the preschool experience. Fortunately, I have two preschoolers attending SHAP so it’s not goodbye for good yet! The teachers, staff, and the director, Ms. Rebecca, are truly exceptional people. You can tell they really love what they do! The level of care, kindness, and compassion towards the children really shows as my kids love going to school. I know my kids are happy, safe, nurtured and challenged. Both of my kids started SHAP at 2 years old (just babies!) in the Little Explorers class with Ms. Liz and Ms. Lori. They have progressed and grown so much (emotionally, cognitively and socially) and I’m beyond proud of them. I can’t even take credit for potty training my kids as the amazing teachers and staff are really the ones that helped accomplish this milestone. The school also offers extra-curricular activities that my kids love participating in. We have done Soccer Shots, Amazing Athletes, Kinder Dance and Religion. I also really love the Brightwheel app. As a full-time working mom it is so nice to get glimpses of my kids’ day via pictures, updates, posting of curriculums and messages of what our kiddos are up to. It truly takes a village to raise children and we truly feel blessed to be a part of the SHAP community. On a side note, I opted to keep my kids at SHAP when they could have gone to UTK—I think that says a lot about how I feel about this little amazing preschool!

  My son loves going to Sacred Heart! He is 3.5 years old and has made fast friends and loves his teachers! Be prepared for play dates and birthday parties! Sacred Heart takes a whole approach to caring and educating your little one! From building their creative skills through daily arts and crafts which come home refrigerator ready, to getting them prepared to be successful in kindergarten. On top of that the kids spend a good amount of time outside on the school’s playground running around and playing on the converged play structure, or the cars and tricycles the kids can drive! Another aspect I love is that the school involves the parents in numerous activities, events, and holidays. I am looking forward to Donuts with Dad this upcoming Father's Day! Bottom line, if you are looking for a school where you little can thrive, look no further!

  My son loves going to Sacred Heart (he’s 3 1/2). He loves all of his teachers and has grown in many ways developmentally and socially since starting this year. We’re looking forward to another year here!

  Sacred Heart preschool has been instrumental to our family and the growth of our 2 little ones. We have had our boys there since they were 2 years old and we are so grateful for them. They supported our family while my husband was deployed, help with our littles gaining their confidence during potty training, supporting them to grow their independence, etc. They use the app “Brightwheel” and has been great to help facilitate the communication with the teachers. We even get photos of the kids during the day. Mrs. Rebecca, the director, is hands on and cares for each student as if they were her own children. All the teachers are warm and caring. How blessed we are to have such a wonderful preschool right in our neighborhood! Highly recommend!

  Fun and structured preschool. The kids really enjoy it. Good mix of the fun activities and learning. Good community.
