  Both of our kids attended/are attending this preschool, which is a testament to how much we love the school and trust that they will provide the best care for our children. The director, Ms. Sandy, is genuinely caring and very hands-on with day-to-day management. The office staff are friendly, organized, and incredibly responsive. You can just tell that they adore the children - my daughter will make a point to stop by the office everyday to say hello :) While we have had great experiences with all the teachers (from the 2 year old class to kinder, as we have experienced it all), Ms. Angel, the kindergarten teacher is especially amazing and remains our child’s favorite teacher of all time, even when it has been several years since graduating. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the activities are thoughtful and fun—water play in the summer is a huge hit, and the class performances are super fun as well. I also love that the school app shares photos and short videos for the day, which keeps us connected to our child's school activities. Longer care hours (8-5:30) and year-long care with minimal closing days is also so convenient for working parents. Would recommend the school wholeheartedly - we have been burned with prior experiences at another preschool, and were so lucky to have found Bright Horizons as a safe, nurturing and warm place for our kiddos.

  My two boys have great 2 years experiences over there. Teachers and staffs are very nice.

  My son 3yrs old attended November of 2022 potter room. We thought initially bright horizons was going to be a great fit to be fair and it turned out to be a disaster. Not to get into to many specifics we are pretty fair and patient to begin with. They were going through a change in teachers which came out of nowhere.They introduced a new teacher and he left or was let go not sure no explanation was given. We changed back to the original teacher so a lot of changes in one month. What really discouraged us and was a red flag was two changes in clothes for our son with no explanation as to who and when he was changed. We had a parent teacher conference and the teacher at the time was apologetic but she admitted they had no idea my son was starting and joining their class room. Which is not an excuse in my book for over a month of him at their facility and no real explanations on his change of clothing. We pulled him out and were still expected to pay the following month with all of their blunders. I do not recommend this facility to entrust with the care children. One change of clothing sure but 2 and no explanation the teachers asking each other who changed him in front of me with no answer. I do not recommend................UPDATE 5/24/23 Attempted to reach out to them as they wanted to no avail no response VERY unprofessional !

  it's what you should expect from a commercial private entity. The pro is lots of physical resource like toys, play structures and pets etc. The con is lack of individual attention due to high student-teacher ratio. Little personal touch or connection. If you ask for extra attention because your kids is new, is young or needs some work on typical preschooler's bad behavior, forget it. My kid is autistic and get kicked out within 3 weeks because i cannot find a shadowing service in 15 days as they demanded. If a school ask some kid to quit they're usually give a month as grace period. Not Bright Horizons Family Center. They are very efficient to maximize the profit margin. While complaining to other parents I heard that some kid got hyperthermia due to lack of attention. I should have known better.
