  David at Family Memorial has been such a warm and kind light in such a dark and unexpected moment in my life. I had no idea what to do when I found out that my mother passed suddenly, Family Memorial was my first call, David was on the other side of that call and all I can say is God knew what I needed. David made me feel welcome, safe, and like family. I am truly thankful for David and Family Memorial!

  I am so grateful for the care and compassion our family received during one of the hardest times of our lives. David was amazing throughout the entire process. He was patient, kind, and always made sure we understood everything. His compassion and support brought so much comfort during such a difficult time. Andrea created a beautiful memorial video for our niece that we will cherish forever. She put so much care into it, and it was a perfect tribute to her. Thank you both for treating our family with such kindness and helping us honor our sweet girl. I would highly recommend your services to anyone looking for people who truly care.

  Family Memorial Mortuary & Cemetary and, in particular, David Finch, were absolutely fantastic when I called them for help taking care of the arrangements for my mother's unexpected death in February. Mr. Finch was kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process when I was in shock. I had to make arrangements for my mom in Barstow from Omaha and I was nervous about trying to do this from out of state. I immediately felt at ease when speaking with Mr. Finch. He explained everything and kept me informed and updated throughout the process from the start to finish. I felt well cared for -- no small feat when one is dealing which an unexpected death and has to make arrangements only over the phone or via email. I would absolutely recommend Family Memorial.

  David Finch at Family Memorial Mortuary and Crematory did a good job of communicating with me and my out-of-town client in arranging to have her brother's remains collected from the coroner, transported to Riverside National Cemetery, and requesting death certificates. I had the opportunity to visit with David when I picked up the certificates. I'm glad he's not part of a glum lot but, instead, a happy man who takes a genuine interest in being of service to those about him, near or far.

David assisted us with the cremation services and the necessary arrangements for my late uncle, Philip, with the utmost dignity. Because our family lives quite a distance away, managing these arrangements from afar could have been incredibly stressful. However, David’s kind, understanding, and patient demeanor immediately put us at ease. We had complete peace of mind knowing our loved one was in the absolute best hands. Beyond managing the immediate cremation services, David went above and beyond by providing excellent professional referrals and guiding us through the broader administrative complexities that surround a loved one's passing. His deep understanding of the process and willingness to answer all of our questions at a moment's notice was invaluable. David truly was a blessing to our family in our time of need.
