  Hello Family Mortuary staff, Today, we attended the cremation of our beloved mother. Our day could have been a very stressful experience had it not been for the kind and gentle understanding displayed by staff member David Finch. Mr. Finch was very polite and talked about being able to relate to our loss as he shared his own family loss. In addition to David the gentlemen in the cremation room extended their condolences on our loss. We commend your staff for their thoughtfulness. Bless you all. Sincerely, Audrey (daughter to Maria).

  David Finch offered a gentle voice and a listening ear at the time that we needed both. The two gentlemen who escorted our mother were respectful and patient as we said our last farewells. All were a blessing to my family and we were grateful to have returned to this facility after the 3 years since we lost our father.

  We had a very sudden death in our family. Not knowing what to do I called family memorial mortuary, David answered the phone and was so extremely kind and walked me through everything. He has been amazing throughout this whole process. He kept me updated and made it extremely easy for me. Would highly recommend David and The Family Memorial Mortuary and Crematory.

  When my mother passed away unexpectedly, I had absolutely no idea what to do. Her situation was complicated and far from typical, and my siblings and I were left scrambling to figure out the next steps. By chance, I found Family Memorial Mortuary and Crematory through a Google search. When I called, I was connected with David Finch, and from the moment he answered the phone, I felt an overwhelming sense of relief. He immediately took what felt like an impossible burden off our shoulders. He made it clear that we didn't have to navigate this alone—that he would guide us through every step and handle the difficult details so we could focus on our family. David was incredibly gentle, warm, and compassionate throughout the entire process. He treated my mother with such dignity and respect, and he handled every interaction with genuine care. During one of the most difficult moments of our lives, he made an overwhelming experience feel manageable and deeply honorable. I honestly don't know what we would have done without him. I will always think of David with gratitude and kindness. If you find yourself in the unimaginable position of needing a funeral director, I cannot recommend him highly enough. He made an unbearable experience just a little bit easier, and for that, my family and I will always be thankful.
