  We used the key for my father-in-law’s Care a little over a year and a half ago and had an amazing experience. I wanted to specifically mention how helpful Brian in the office was with whatever changes we needed to the schedule. We will definitely use The Key again..

  The Key is fantastic! Kymberly gave us great service and set up care very quickly. The caregivers were excellent and provided 24/7 memory care for my family. I highly recommend the Key!

  I had literally the worst experience in caregiving with this company that could have been experienced. Disorganized. Unprofessional, and shocking. I hired them for my elderly father. Every day there was different problem. The care coordinators were unresponsive or late to respond. His daytime caregiver took it upon herself to go into his personal online checking account without my permission or consent. I am the POA. She also took him to the At and t store and replaced his cell phone without ever consulting me or asking permission. I was home that day, she just took him and never discussed or asked any type of permission. I asked for certain key demographics for his caregivers. This was never acknowledged or given. Caregivers showed up late or not at all. Had consistent issues in coming to work and would show up in pajamas, bonnets and house slippers. All of it was glossed over. The final straw was me being out of town and the nighttime caregiver sleeping her entire shift on my kitchen table. Not attending to my father. What? So unprofessional. I emailed the supposed VP Tiffany and never got responses. Over all the experience made me stressed out, fearful, anxious, and worried. Not what you’d expect from a caregiving agency. They need to do some serious revamping and reevaluation of their company. It was scary, awkward, unprofessional and frankly disturbing the amount of incidents that occurred over 7 weeks. There was not one constant caregiver ever. I had 6 caregivers in 7 weeks. They promise a lot. They consistently did not meet those promises. I would not recommend this particular branch to anyone. I feared for my fathers safety.

  We recently met with The Key for home care services and were very impressed with their overall professionalism. Their representative, Tiffany Phillips, arrived on time, conducted herself with politeness and respect, and took the time to answer our questions thoroughly. Although we ultimately chose to move forward with another agency that was a better fit for our specific needs, our experience with The Key was entirely positive. Their team demonstrated a high level of care and professionalism throughout the process.
