I have this young man by the name of James that work for Roland Hills. He took more than enough time to find both of my loved ones and I really appreciate it. He sat with me and you don’t find people like this to come out and sit with you at the place they work at I really appreciate James. He’s carrying Nice and took more than his time to sit with me and talk. Thank you, James.

The graveside service for Henry Blackmore Sr. went as planned however, the plant that was delivered to the front office for the family was essentially misplaced (stolen) by the staff and reordered. When returning to pick up the replacement plant it was also unable to be located. However, as I was leaving, the first plant was suddenly found on a staff member's desk and given to me in a brown paper bag with no card or original packaging. The second replacement plant was never recovered, allowing Rolling Hills to take possession of another plant that they did not pay for. Their concern of the matter was lacking; the staff suggested that I contact the florist rather than them producing the product that was delivered and paid for by grieving family members.

I went to Rolling Hills last week to finally see the headstone on my fathersgrave. I had the general location but was still lost. I saw 2 grounds keeper and ask for assistance. One of the GK's, Wilber said he would be glad to help. He was located the spot and truly saved me from endless searching.

Kevin Wu turned a very frustrating experience into a positive one after we received misinformation from a previous agent. He guided my family through every step of the process, from the funeral and burial arrangements to the design and installation of my father's tombstone. Kevin was patient, compassionate, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He always followed up, answered our questions promptly, and truly cared about helping our family. We are grateful for his outstanding service over the past seven months. Rolling Hills is fortunate to have someone as dedicated and professional as Kevin.
