James was exceptional. We met him last year (’25) when we were looking at various locations to purchase pre-need. He contacted us a few weeks ago to discuss the pre-need promotional special being offered during the month of August (’26). We had such a positive experience when we met him last year, that my husband and I said why not. When James contacted us, he said that he would be ready to meet our need(s) this time and he was. He did a great job of showing us the available properties, explaining the different options and the promotion(s), answering all of our questions and making us feel at ease. Things went so well during our engagement that we purchased not one, not two, but a block of four niches to cover the entire family! The whole experience with James and the management staff at Rolling Hills went above and beyond what we expected. But James was the key. Since our purchase spanned several days, we develop a trusting relationship and felt that he was looking out for our best interest every step of the way. We enjoyed working with him and look forward to working with him in the future. We will definitely be recommending James to our friends and family. Thanks James!

Kia, thank you so much for your incredible guidance and support during a very difficult time for our family. Your assistance with the headstone process was invaluable. From explaining the cemetery rules on what could and couldn't be done, to helping us choose the right marker size and answering all of our questions, you were present and helpful every step of the way. You were so accommodating that you even went out on one of the hottest days of the year just to take a picture for us after the marker was placed, wanting to ensure that we could see exactly how it looked once it was laid. Your continued accessibility and the fact that I still feel completely comfortable reaching out to you speaks volumes about the level of support and service you provide. Having you there to help through such a stressful time made everything so much easier. Thank you again for your patience, kindness, and dedicated care throughout the entire process. We truly appreciate everything you did for us.

We had an outstanding experience with George Lee, Family Service Counselor at Rolling Hills Memorial Park, and we would highly recommend him. My husband and I originally purchased our plot in 2020. This week, we returned to discuss purchasing a headstone and prepaying for a vault and opening and closing services. We arrived on Monday without an appointment, and the reception staff was immediately welcoming and responsive. Within just a few minutes, we were introduced to George. From the moment we met him, George was kind, approachable, knowledgeable, and extremely informative. He listened carefully to what we wanted to accomplish and took the time to explain all of the available options in a way that was clear and easy to understand. We initially came in thinking primarily about purchasing a headstone. George also explained the potential benefit of prepaying for certain cemetery services, such as the vault and opening and closing, because prices can increase significantly over time. For perspective, we purchased our plot in 2020 for approximately $14,000, and we learned that a comparable plot today is around $20,000. What we especially appreciated was that George educated us about the options without ever making us feel pressured to purchase anything that was not realistic or appropriate for us. Even though our first visit was unplanned and George already had another appointment, he made very productive use of the time we had together. We scheduled a follow-up appointment for Thursday to review the options in greater detail and finalize our decisions. When we returned Thursday at 1:00 p.m., we were genuinely impressed by how prepared George was. He had already measured our plot for the type of headstone we were considering and had researched different styles, colors, sizes, and options that fit within the budget we had discussed with him on Monday. He remembered our preferences and respected our decision to prepay for only one vault and one opening and closing service at this time, along with the headstone. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase more. What impressed us most was George’s attention to detail. We discussed everything carefully, including measurements, design, wording, pictures, and other details, so that there would be as little possibility as possible for mistakes, confusion, or misunderstandings later. He answered every question we had and even addressed things we would not have thought to ask ourselves. By the time we signed the contract, we felt completely informed and comfortable with every decision. There were no doubts, unanswered questions, misunderstandings, or concerns. Afterward, George even walked with us to our plot so we could review everything together in person. We also greatly appreciated that George came in on his day off specifically to accommodate us because Thursday was the only day that worked for our schedule and we hoped to complete everything that week. That level of dedication and customer service meant a great deal to us. It is rare to meet someone in a sales or service position who combines professionalism, efficiency, knowledge, empathy, patience, and genuine respect for the customer as well as George does. He never made the experience feel transactional. Instead, he made what could easily be an emotional and complicated process feel organized, understandable, and comfortable. This is the kind of customer service people remember. We wish this level of care, preparation, communication, efficiency, and respect were experienced in every major purchase, whether someone is buying cemetery services, a home, a car, or anything else important. Thank you again, George Lee, for your exceptional service and for making this entire process such a positive experience for us. We truly appreciate everything you did.

I was at Rolling Hills Memorial Park with my wife to finalize plans for our cemetery plot. We worked with George Lee this week. He is the greatest of all time Family Service Counselors. In the Navy I learned early on that there is no better rate than Outstanding. Better even than excellent. This was George. He shared his experience and knowledge with us throughout the meeting. He has a charming personality and is very obviously empathetic. He totally understood what we wanted and even made significant suggestions to our plan. We are completely pleased with what we have decided on and George made it an easy and pleasant experience. I would recommend him to anyone planning their final resting place.

If I can leave a review with no stars I would. I bought a plot about 10 years and it was really pretty. The ángel fountain has no water and it did before. It had a little running creek with real fishes and now the creek has no water. It is not kept up at all. It is not what I paid for. I am very disappointed in what it looks like. I did ask a worker and she she wasn't any help.
