- VHVictoria Hunter6 days ago3.0The graveside service for Henry Blackmore Sr. went as planned however, the plant that was delivered to the front office for the family was essentially misplaced (stolen) by the staff and reordered. When returning to pick up the replacement plant it was also unable to be located. However, as I was leaving, the first plant was suddenly found on a staff member's desk and given to me in a brown paper bag with no card or original packaging. The second replacement plant was never recovered, allowing Rolling Hills to take possession of another plant that they did not pay for. Their concern of the matter was lacking; the staff suggested that I contact the florist rather than them producing the product that was delivered and paid for by grieving family members.
