  Very Disappointing Experience – Rough Treatment, Deliberate Exclusion, and Discrimination Concerns I waited almost two years to share this experience because of concerns for my daughter’s safety. My daughter was only three years old when she attended this KinderCare. We paid over $1,300 a month, expecting a safe, caring, and supportive environment. Instead, we witnessed deeply disturbing behavior from the teachers, including rough treatment and what I believe was racial discrimination. On January 2024, my daughter’s grandmother happened to arrive earlier than usual to pick her up. She witnessed my daughter sitting alone, separated from the other children, while a teacher roughly snatched a toy out of her hands. My daughter looked confused, helpless, and on the verge of tears. Her grandmother witnessed the entire incident. If her grandmother hadn’t arrived early that day, we would never have known what happened. It makes me wonder what else may have happened when no family members were there to see it. Based on what we observed, I strongly believe a teacher was deliberately excluding my three-year-old daughter. At the time, she was still learning English, and we had serious concerns that she was being treated differently because of her background and language barrier. In almost every photo uploaded through the school’s app, my daughter had a tense, forced smile. She rarely looked genuinely happy or comfortable. After several months, we transferred her to a public school TK program. The difference was night and day. She became much happier, more outgoing, and confident, and her English improved significantly faster. We paid more than $1,300 every month, trusting these teachers to care for our child. Instead, we were left questioning what she might have experienced when we weren’t watching. My biggest regret is not taking her out sooner. No three-year-old deserves to feel isolated, helpless, or mistreated by the adults responsible for their care. I would not recommend this KinderCare to other families.

  I’m new to KinderCare, but so far, so good! The staff is really friendly, and both of my children’s teachers are so sweet and handle them with so much care. ❤️ It can be really hard finding someone you trust to care for your children, especially when they’re so small, but KinderCare has made me feel comfortable and confident knowing that my babies are in good hands. Thank you, KinderCare, for making this transition easier for me and for taking such great care of my children! 💕

  Kindercare Rancho has been a great place for my son. The staff has been attentive and communicative. They offer some nice extra learning activities which he looks forward to every week. If your looking for a reliable daycare I recommend this place.

  I am very satisfied with Kindercare and the way that they had handled my 17 month old son who has been there since he was 3 months old. I watched the growth and mental development in him , the independence and knowledge he receives there is amazing, we owe that to the center and their staff. I’m thankful to have had Kindercare doors open to my son and us. I hope he can complete his time there and move onto to further his education. Thanks to all the wonderful staff members , dad and i are very grateful and appreciate the care and love you guys give to my son. I’m sure their days are very challenging, but still managed to keep it together. As a working mom, and at first very nervous to leave my infant with unknown people, but he himself shows me that he loves this place and his people there. I personally can say I’m very pleased with this center, from front office (management) Dora and kathy, infant and now toddlers room.

  Love this place! The director, Melinda, is awesome. She hires the best people and makes sure the kids get quality care. My daughter has learned a tremendous amount of information from all of the activities at the center. She has shown amazing academic growth in the 4yrs she has been attending here. I'm so grateful for melinda and her team for everything they do xoxoxo
