  It is so hard to put into words how grateful we are for everyone at this center. Sending your child to daycare is one of the biggest leaps of faith as a parent, and from the very beginning, the staff made us feel like family. Our daughter absolutely loved coming every day. She was always greeted with smiling faces, came home happy, and learned so much during her time here. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was in a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where she was genuinely cared for. The teachers go above and beyond to make every child feel special. Their patience, kindness, and dedication never went unnoticed. We always appreciated the communication, daily updates, fun activities, and the genuine relationships they built with both the children and parents. Leaving this center was incredibly bittersweet. We only transferred because of a change in location, but if we could have picked this amazing team up and brought them with us, we absolutely would have. They have been such an important part of our daughter’s early years, and we will always be thankful for the love, support, and memories they gave our family. If you’re looking for a daycare where your child will be loved, encouraged, and cared for like one of their own, I cannot recommend this center enough. Thank you for everything, you will always hold a special place in our hearts.

  I am sharing this review to help other parents make an informed decision, because our experience here was deeply concerning and ultimately led us to withdraw our daughter. There were multiple instances where basic care and communication fell short. For example, when my daughter’s filtered water from home ran out, she was given sink water without my knowledge or consent. At no point did staff ask permission or request that I provide extra water. This lack of communication around something so simple was alarming. Nutritional care was also inconsistent and, in my opinion, not aligned with what is appropriate for young children. While the facility prohibits almond milk due to nut allergies, they repeatedly gave my daughter dairy yogurt despite my many requests not to, as it triggers her eczema flare-ups. I was even asked to provide a doctor’s note just to send her with food from home. This came after I saw a photo on their app showing children being fed tortillas placed directly on a dirty outdoor table. Most of the fruits provided appeared to be canned or preserved, with very little fresh food offered. Overall, the meals seemed low in nutritional value. Another inconsistency I found frustrating was their policy on containers. I was told to stop sending food in glass containers because it was considered a hazard, yet they regularly microwave food in plastic, which raises its own health concerns. Additionally, the facility promotes extra programs like phonics, soccer, and dance—but these come at an additional cost. If you choose not to pay, your child may be left out or made to sit and watch. I found this especially upsetting, as I believe these types of activities should be part of an inclusive learning environment, not something that separates children based on ability to pay. The most serious incident—and the one that made me immediately remove my child—was related to her safety. One day, the assistant director gave my daughter a pair of facility shoes that were two sizes too small. My daughter wore these shoes all day because the open-toe shoes I brought her in were deemed unsafe. I had agreed she could wear facility shoes only with socks, yet she had no socks on when I picked her up. I would never have agreed had I known the shoes were so small. As a result, my daughter had blisters on her feet. What’s most concerning is that two adult staff members handled the situation, and neither recognized the issue. One teacher even put bandages on her feet after she complained of pain—yet still put the same shoes back on her. The director handed her the shoes without checking her size or ensuring proper fit, and no one followed the basic precaution I requested regarding socks. Instead of protecting her, they caused her harm. To make matters worse, there was no clear shoe policy provided, and no injury report was given until I specifically asked for one. I also observed concerning behavior in the infant area, such as babies chewing on window frames in the mornings, which was upsetting to witness. Overall, this facility felt more like a commercial operation focused on profit rather than a nurturing, attentive environment for children. The lack of experience, poor communication, and disregard for basic care standards made this a very difficult experience for our family. Please be cautious and do thorough research when choosing care for your child. We learned the hard way.

  This kindercare location has an amazing management team that supports a stellar staff. My daughter has attended several expensive childcare centers in Pleasanton and this one by far has the most loving and well-trained staff. They go out of their way to support my daughters. They have been a life changer for our family.
