I have nothing but positive things to say about Pittsburg Kindercare . My twins started going when they were 18 months and my oldest was 4. Twins were born in pandemic therefore, they would rarely go out causing to not interact with people outside of our household . I noticed how when we started going out more they were afraid of people. Daycare teachers were so loving, caring and patient with them. I can now see the difference they say hi and start making conversation with random people at stores. My oldest is very active but, also learned a lot from TK and preschool. She just started going to Kindergarten and I had mixed feelings because Kindercare is my safe place now and the fact that she was going to a different school made me nervous. I also love how we get updates and pictures throughout the day about our kids through the app and love how I can communicate with teachers, director’s assistant Julie and The director Paula who go beyond to make sure the daycare runs as safe and secured as possible. To not make it longer I’ll add that my girls don’t want to leave when I pick them up after work which, is almost 6pm. makes me feel happy that they are happy and enjoy being there. I totally recommend Pittsburg kindercare. Thank you Ms. Paula and Staff.

My family toured this center and, despite our efforts to follow up, we never received any communication from them. This lack of professionalism was disappointing. In retrospect, I'm relieved they didn't respond, as it reflects poorly on their communication standards. Trusting them with my child would have been a mistake.

I rarely write reviews. But for something as important as childcare, I think it's important to let other parents know my experience. I submitted a web inquiry, and I just got a call back from the owner who completely lacked any sense of professionalism and desire to make a good first impression. After sounding annoyed that her response email to me did not go through, she asked "So...what can I do for you...?" Her tone was unkind and short. In that brief 1 minute phone call with her, I knew that I did not need to waste my time setting up a tour of the daycare, as I would never want to leave my child with someone like that. I replied that I was all set and did not need to schedule a tour. She responded, "Oh...is that right? Uhh, ok, cool." What kind of caretaker (and owner, much less) speaks to a potential parent/customer like that? I still went to the school and found it dirty and poorly managed! Please stay away.
