- MYMIKE YOUNGMay 12, 20265.0I wanted to share my experience with The Key. My 83 year old Dad was at death’s door . They were EXTREMELY responsive on a Saturday. I don’t even normally do reviews. In this case I wanted to share my experience in hopes others in my situation would know who to turn to. Completely flexible schedule. Days needed or hours needed . Full time may be a bit expensive (if long term ) but there hourly prices were surprising to me. My Dad amazingly got out after 16 days in the hospital and was still able to walk and bounced back. They will definitely be my go to when he does finally need help! Thank you guys and your team!

- LMLinda McDanielJan 5, 20232.0They are kind and want to accommodate clients, and I can appreciate the Holidays being hard, but my boyfriend has had 2 no call/no shows, a call out, and someone showing up without the agency telling him they found someone, all in the first 3 weeks of using their services. This defeats the purpose of giving him some relief from the care taking responsibilities, and can’t continue when he goes back to work next week.
