  I can’t say enough good things about Doug at SoCal Cremations. From the moment I spoke with him, he was incredibly kind, courteous, respectful, and professional. I needed help obtaining a replacement death certificate for my mother’s significant other, and Doug truly went above and beyond to help me through the process. He took the time to listen, understood the situation, and made sure I got the assistance I needed. At no point did I feel like I was just another customer or another phone call. When you’re dealing with documents connected to the loss of loved ones, a little compassion and patience can mean a great deal. Doug showed both. His level of customer service is something you don’t come across very often anymore. SoCal Cremations is fortunate to have someone like Doug representing them. Thank you, Doug, for your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. It was sincerely appreciated, and I would highly recommend SoCal Cremations based on my experience with him. 5 stars without hesitation!

  Socal went above and beyond for my family . Very caring and sympathetic for the loss of our mom ,Darlene. Doug went above to make sure we were taken care of, Very respectful company . Thank you again .

  Recently went in to view a relative.it was a terrible experience. NO AIR CONDITIONING,it was 101°that day in the valley. NO TYPE OF AIR FRESHENER. Building was very hot flys were trying to leave the building 😵‍💫i understand the body was not embalmed and there was a scent.But have someone fix the air conditioner and ad a couple of air freshener around the place.

  We want to highly recommend SoCal crematory. We had some challenging logistics to have our loved one cremated quickly to meet a tight deadline to bring our loved one to Pennsylvania with in three days. They navigated the government permitting process and the cremation to meet our needs. Their follow through getting us multiple death certificates was flawless. Most importantly, they were so kind, supportive and professional through the entire experience. Shout out to Doug Perez, a true angel to our family. Thank you all so much.

  I had to go through an extra rush, expedited process and can't thank the team at SoCal Cremations enough for their professionalism and compassion. Sam was super clear in the walk-through and patient with me and my questions. I was also lucky to meet with Oliver the owner who was beyond compassionate and accommodating which was more than my family could ask for at the time of bereavement. I am grateful for having our paths crossed and God bless their hard and good work.
