San Ysidro Health National City

San Ysidro Health’s new National City site is a state-of-the-art clinic, offering comprehensive services – including Adult Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Dental Services, Lab/X-Ray, Behavioral Health services, Women’s Health services, and more. Patients who previously received their care at San Ysidro Health’s South Bay Family Health and Dental Center and/or National City Family Clinic locations have been transferred to this new site. Patient parking is conveniently located on the first floor of the parking garage. Upon entering the facility, go to the second floor for health center services. San Ysidro Health’s PACE program is located on the first floor.
