Educational Enrichment Systems Inc. (EES) is a nonprofit child development center providing high quality, affordable preschool to families throughout San Diego. Parks Child Development Center is located on the campus of the National City Park Apartments. Look for 2208 F Avenue, National City, CA, 91950. You will see a dumpster and a parking lot with EES Reserved parking spots. Walk south down the hill, you will see a red and blue playground on the left-hand side and our preschool school on the right-hand side. Ring the bell.
