This company sent unskilled caregivers that had no experience or training and a few of the caregivers also spoke no English. During a four hour shift one of the girls took off for lunch and was gone over an hour. The case manager named Danielle was also not very professional and just showed up unannounced. Billing was also a huge problem and we were charged more than what we should have been charged. I had to dispute the over charges and deal with the constant problems until I fired them. The Key is absolutely a company I would never recommend to anyone in need of caregivers.

This constant turnover was disrespectful and detrimental to the quality of care. The staffing management, specifically the actions of Stephanie and the manager, Gina, were unacceptable. Furthermore, caregivers were subjected to excessively long 24-hour shifts, leading to potential burnout and compromised care. I have formally lodged a complaint regarding these issues.
