- WRWendy Revell1 day ago5.0On behalf of our family, I want to express our sincere appreciation to Ashley and all of the Franklin & Downs team for their kindness and dedication to every aspect of our Dad's memorial service, and final internment at the National Cemetery. This was my first experience being directly involved in making the necessary decisions that follow the passing of a family member. Ashley was both kind and straightforward in answering all of my questions. As I live in another state and time zone, I especially appreciated her responsiveness whenever I called, and also her sending information via email that I could share with other family members, before making a decision. The day of the services, they were a tremendous support, and made sure everything ran smoothly as we gathered to honor our Dad. In a time of loss, their help was invaluable to our family.
