  This is probably the easiest review I have ever written because the staff at the Milpitas Hillview KinderCare are simply amazing! Andrea and Ashley are fantastic administrators who genuinely care about the children and the center, and it shows in how smoothly the center operates. The infant room teachers, Ms. Annamae, Ms. Danni, and Ms. Vicki, are absolute rockstars who set a very high standard for any future teachers. They made the transition into daycare seamless and quickly put me at ease with my choice of the Hillview Milpitas location. My son is OBSESSED with Ms. Annamae and treats her like a second mom, which is all anyone could ask for; she gives him all the love right back. Moving into the toddler’s room was extremely smooth, and he transitioned so well thanks to all the teachers in both classrooms. We are excited to have Ms. Hui as our toddler’s teacher and can’t wait to see what the next year has in store for us!

  Our son attended KinderCare for a little over a year, beginning when he was just one year old and continuing until a couple of months after he turned two. As parents, we know how difficult it can be for a young child to adjust to daycare, especially when they have never been away from home in that setting before. It can be just as difficult for parents to leave their child in someone else’s care and place their trust in others to love, protect, and care for them. From the very beginning, KinderCare made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and confident that our son was in wonderful hands. He attended the Toddler Two classroom, where he had an amazing experience with Ms. Leslie, Ms. Anessa, and Ms. Oxalie. He was fortunate enough to be in their care until he turned two, and throughout that time, it was clear how much they genuinely love what they do. They created a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where our son felt comfortable and cared for. They were there to comfort him through his tears, give him endless cuddles, and make him feel secure when we couldn’t be there. Knowing that he was receiving so much love and attention each day gave us peace of mind as parents. We are incredibly grateful for the care, patience, compassion, and love they showed our son. They played such an important role during a very special stage of his development, and we truly could not have asked for better teachers to care for him. Our experience with KinderCare was wonderful, and we will always appreciate the memories and the positive impact these amazing teachers had on our son and our family.

  The Center Directors and Teachers are caring, supportive, and energetic. The curriculum is well rounded where children have opportunities to do water play and attend an animal show at the center during summer time. They are inclusive and welcoming. The classrooms are bright and kids show enthusiasm for peers and coming to center each day. Teachers give their heart and soul in teaching not only hands on activities such as writing and arts and crafts. The circle times are very engaging with singing dancing and reading incorporated. In addition, meals are served hot and nutritious and healthy. We had a wonderful experience there for 5 years and strongly recommend it!

  TLDR - An Exceptional First Daycare Experience! KinderCare Hillview has been an absolutely wonderful experience for our family. This was our son’s first time attending daycare, and naturally, we had a lot of concerns and emotions about how he would adjust to a completely new environment. The teachers at KinderCare Hillview made that transition so much easier for both him and us. I want to give a special shout-out to Ms. Leslie, Ms. Oxalie, and Ms. Annessa, who are truly exceptional teachers. From day one, they went above and beyond to make sure our son felt comfortable, safe, and happy. They put in extra effort to encourage him to eat, participate in activities, and play and interact with the other kids. What stood out to us most was how genuinely invested they were in helping him get accustomed to his new surroundings. They also kept us updated frequently throughout the day, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. On multiple occasions, they even went the extra mile to call us personally and let us know how he was doing. As parents sending our child to daycare for the first time, that level of care and communication meant a lot to us. Our personal advice to any parent sending their child to daycare for the first time would be: listen to the teachers and trust their experience and guidance. They know how to help children adjust, and the effort they put into making sure the kids not only settle in but actually enjoy their time at daycare is truly remarkable. I also want to sincerely thank Ms. Andrea, the Center Director, and Ms. Ashley, the Assistant Director, for making our son’s onboarding so smooth. Their guidance, attention to detail, and overall oversight are a big part of what makes this center exceptional. We are incredibly grateful to the entire KinderCare Hillview team for taking such great care of our son and making his first daycare experience such a positive one. It is reassuring as a parent to know that your child is in the hands of people who genuinely care about them. Thank you to the entire KinderCare Hillview team! ❤️

  Had our son attend from 6 months to >2 years olds. The administrators, teachers, and support staff have been so caring and nurturing to our son, and excellent partners with us parents.
