Heartfelt Gratitude to Exceptional Educators Ms. Rinku: A special note of deepest appreciation goes to Ms. Rinku, whose unwavering dedication and nurturing guidance beautifully sustained and inspired our daughter’s love for learning over two incredible years. Our Pillars of Support: We are equally grateful to Ms. Seema for taking care of my kid in the first year. Ms. Selva, Ms. Chitra, Ms. Cassandra, and Ms. Cindy, who surrounded our daughter with kindness, offering a helping hand and a warm smile at every single step of the way. Nurturing the Mind and Soul The teachers did not just teach; they gently sparked her innate curiosity across every discipline, turning everyday lessons into moments of pure wonder: Art & Creative Expression: They unlocked her imagination, encouraging her to express her vibrant inner world through beautiful colors, textures, and creative masterpieces. Math & Science: With incredible patience, they transformed numbers and logic into a captivating game, while fostering a deep awe for the natural world through hands-on scientific discovery and exploration. Reading & Writing: They opened the doorway to literacy, guiding her from her very first letters to confidently weaving her own stories and developing a foundational love for reading that will last a lifetime. A Sanctuary for Learning The campus itself is a breath of fresh air—immaculately maintained, pristine, and bathed in an abundance of natural light and open space that invites curiosity. Coupled with the school’s incredibly generous and accommodating policies, we experienced absolute peace of mind. Every morning, the moment we dropped her off, all our worries simply vanished, knowing she was safe, cherished, and thriving.   We are so grateful to the amazing teachers and staff at this daycare. They helped our son feel safe, loved, and comfortable during his transition. The teachers are caring, patient, and always communicate thoughtfully with parents. We’ve seen so much growth in our child socially and emotionally. Thank you for creating such a warm and nurturing environment for the kids!

  Our daughter has been going to LAMPS for close to two years now, and honestly, we couldn't be happier. She loves it there, and so do we. The teachers are amazing - they actually care about the kids and it shows. The activities are fun, creative, and keep her engaged every single day. What really impressed us lately is how much they've stepped up on the academics side. We've noticed a real change in how our daughter approaches learning at home, and that's huge for us. A big thank you to Miss Rinku and Miss Seema and other staff members for putting in the work with the kids day after day - it doesn't go unnoticed. And we can't say enough about Miss Chitra, Miss Cindy, and Miss Cassandra who run the whole program. They keep everything organized and running smoothly, and you can tell they genuinely care about making this a great experience for every family. LAMPS has been one of the best decisions we've made for our daughter, and we'd recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

  We cannot say enough good things about this preschool! From the moment you walk in, you feel an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. Most importantly, my children genuinely love to attend; they wake up excited for school every morning because they feel so loved and supported by the staff. What truly sets this school apart is the individualized, personal attention given to academics. We have seen exponential growth in our children’s learning, it is amazing how much they have progressed in such a short time. The teachers are remarkably accommodating and truly partner with parents to ensure each child thrives. A heartfelt thank you to the incredible team of educators who make this place so special: Ms. Chitra, Ms. Cassandra, Ms. Cindy, Ms. Loretta, Ms. Kathleen, Ms. Anu, Ms. Luz, Ms. Rinku, Ms. Jasmine, and Ms. Shaguna.   Wonderful school! My daughter has been attending since the Milpitas campus opened, and she’s thriving. The staff are caring and attentive, and she’s getting the support she needs to grow. Big thanks to Ms. Seema and Ms. Jasmine in Classroom 4! Highly recommend Learn and Play School in Milpitas to any parent looking for a nurturing environment.
