The staff was incredibly attentive and provided outstanding service from the moment we began the process through its completion. A special thank you to Joseph, who was compassionate, supportive, and truly went above and beyond. He made this day very special for my father, and everything turned out perfectly.

For six decades now Jay Chapel has provided professional services for my family and the residents of our long term care facilities. Our most recent experience was for a special resident of the LTC home. Throughout the experience Joseph was attentive, professional, and detail orientated. He made the financial and logistical discussions easy to navigate. The service was heartfelt and the staff made everyone feel welcomed. Final arrangements are never easy but having Jay Chapel to turn to for services is a comfort to me.
