- BLBill LinnJun 19, 20261.0These people really suck. They quit with no notice. No real explanation. And the supervisor never even went on site to check to see what the issue was. They just quit. They left a disabled and mentally ill person, my brother, alone with no plan for transition. This is irresponsible and it’s my recommendation that you DO NOT hire them. They did such a disservice to my family today they’re lucky they’re not being sued to eternity.

They have met our needs as we laid them out and been extremely accommodating in aligning him with the correct caregiver so that he feels supported and it is easy for him to accept the help. The caregivers are cheerful, knowledgeable (about his phone, in particular, an ongoing challenge!) and provide the good company and watchful eye he needs, We know he's in good hands and he enjoys the companionship. We also know that, as he needs more, we can also scale up the care as needed,
