when I tell you that there is an all-out attack to destroy our infants. I had a tour schedule and thand GID the assistant director was asleep and they had to waker her up to let me in .. or I would have been mauve enough to go on the brand name KINDERCARE.. WHICH IS EVERYTHING BUT CARE .. NEGLIGENCE... SHUT THIS OLACE DOWN!!! I'll give y'all part 2 after this. dust settles of what actually happened when I had the. "tour"... take your kids out now!!!!!

My family and I had a such a great experience at the kindercare in Pennsylvania. Once we moved to Long Beach to get my daughter transitioned into her new classroom it was literally a mess. Their communication is horrible, and clearly disorganized. We received conflicting information on a start date, they only answer the phone 10% of the time and definitely does not return phone calls, even after messages were left to schedule a visit which never happened. This was very upsetting, since in our hearts we were set on this learning center, but after the first few months of trying to communicate and the red flags popping up it led me to not trust them. Now my daughter is thriving in another school and I don’t regret the decision. Trust your gut.
