CPFSJ is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated since 1998 to helping families to move from poverty and government assistance to self-sufficiency. Its mission is to provide tools, resources and connections through partnerships to help families improve their quality of life. The partnership was created to promote policies and programs that enable groups to work together in a systematic manner by providing target communities access to community resources and support. CPFSJ provides resources, services and supports to individuals and families at its five Family Resource Centers in San Joaquin County and through its mobile unit.
