I lost my daughter stillbirth and was a WRECK. Veronica was so gentle, considerate, understanding and professional. I had never gone through this process for myself before and didn't even know what we were doing. She was very patient with me and explained everything so well, she kept me updated through the process and made sure I got to bring my sweet girl home as soon as possible. I thank God for this wonderful woman! Someone who has experienced a tragic loss herself, she just understands what we were going through and I needed that. I contacted her second to another mortuary I contacted and the woman at the first location was VILE, DISRESPECTFUL AND HEARTLESS.. it had traumatized me.
