Even difficult shifts on the weekends and at night. The care manager Florita does an amazing job!!! She has so much experience and families love her!

These experts should be coordinating to avoid possible chaos. It's almost like a house renovation with the plumber, painter, carpenter, and electrician being in the same house—different areas of expertise focused on their disparate solutions. Without a superintendent, these experts have to all be supers to some degree. Jessica and TheKey are such superintendents on top of being adroit experts in home care. Lucent Hospice appreciates working with all the professionals at TheKey and has only received superlative feedback from our mutual client/patient about these good folks. So far we haven't shocked their paint cans, and they haven't painted over our electrical box, nor do I expect us to ever do so!
