- TETy EngelhartApr 30, 20265.0My sister and I were from out of state when our mother became ill, while at the Desert Hospital we were informed that our mother will not make it and to prepare. I looked out the window and saw High Desert Funeral Home and made the needed call. Talk with Rosalind on Tuesday morning, told her the situation, Rosalind prepare the paperwork. On Wednesday morning at 3am our mother past called Rosalind and she answered then she sent the gentleman with the hurst to take Mom to the funeral home. Later on Wednesday afternoon we went to High Desert Funeral to finish for service and pick out a urn. Today we have Mom at home with us and are very thankful for the help and compassion we got from Rosalind.

She got a frantic and desperate call from me, helped me facilitate getting my dad’s body from a different mortuary, expedited his cremation, and was upfront about everything, every step of the way. Rene was even comforting to me and helped me sleep at night knowing she was doing every single thing in her power to make things happen for me and my family. We were able to have a wonderful ceremony for my dad that I know for sure would not have happened without her. There are some people who just go to work and do their job and clock out, and then there are some people who do for you what they would do for their family and Rene is one of those people. I cannot say enough good things about High Desert and Rene. I am forever indebted to you, Rene. You’re truly an angel on earth.
