  I had an amazing experience buying my wedding dress at Karoza Bridal! They were super sweet from the very start and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my experience. I tried on a few dresses until I fell in love with the dress I bought and the entire ordering process was seamless. Emily was very helpful every step of the way and had a very quick response time to any of my questions or concerns. My dress came in exactly at the time they had told me to expect it's arrival. I went for my fitting and absolutely fell in love with it. They were also accommodating to a minor customization I wanted to make on the dress which turned out beautifully. Thank you Karoza Team for making my wedding dress shopping experience a seamless and memorable one! :)

  I had the most amazing experience at Karouza Bridal in Glendale, and I truly have to give a HUGE thank you to Efrain! From the moment I met him, he made the entire experience feel so special, comfortable, and fun. He was incredibly kind, patient, funny, respectful, and professional throughout the entire appointment. Finding a wedding dress can feel overwhelming, but Efrain made the process so easy and enjoyable. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, gave me so many beautiful options to choose from, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and was genuinely invested in helping me find *the one*. His personality made such a difference, he was an absolute joy to work with and had me laughing while still being so attentive and professional. You can truly tell that he cares about his clients and wants them to feel confident and beautiful. And thanks to Efrain, I found the most perfect wedding dress! ❤️ It was such a special moment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me through it. If you’re looking for your wedding dress, I HIGHLY recommend Karouza Bridal, and especially Efrain. He is absolutely amazing at what he does and made what could have been a stressful experience one of the most memorable and enjoyable parts of my wedding planning.   I had the absolute best time at Karoza. My stylist, Efrain, was a true highlight. He was kind, attentive, funny, and made the whole experience special. He was observant to what dresses I was drawn towards and adapted his suggestions accordingly. He made sure to answer any questions I had, and even got in contact with the designer to make sure the specifications I wanted were possible. He went above and beyond and asked the store to hold onto a dress for a little longer in the showroom so I could try it on. Above all, he made dress shopping at Karoza so fun. My friends and I got to pick out dresses and accessories ourselves and it felt very personal and hands on. I’m so glad to have found my dress at Karoza!!

  I highly recommend Karoza bridal! From the start, Emily made the experience so wonderful especially since it was my first time trying dresses on! She was so patient and was able to help guide me to finding my dream dress! Nar was so great as well and made sure we felt confident in our decision while being so kind & informative. I had a wonderful experience here, highly contributed to Emily’s attentiveness, knowledge, & kindness, and would highly recommend to any other bride!
