  Karoza is an amazing bridal shop! Their customer service is unmatched! Efrain is very patient and has a great eye for what he thinks will work for you! I never felt pressured to buy a dress and overall made me and my party feel welcomed. I went to another bridal shop near by and Karoza is unmatched. I immediately scheduled a follow up appointment because I knew I needed my dress from Karoza. Thanks to Efrain and the Nar I found the one!

  My experience with Karoza bridal in choosing my wedding gown was phenomenal. I worked with both Arlete and Efrain as my sales associates and they were both kind, encouraging, patient, and cinched my waist in tight in the best way! I went back 3 times before I found the one, and I never felt pressured and actually felt like they were with me on the journey and completely ok with me needing some time to make my decision. In the final two appointments, Efrain was especially wonderful in helping me through my decision making and I ended up getting the most beautiful gown. I could not be more excited for my wedding day. 50000000 stars for Karoza Bridal, far and away the best salon experience I had compared to the others.

  From the moment I walked in the door and made my final purchase, the experience was amazing. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Berlynne to find my dream dress. She was super nice, friendly, and understanding. Berlynne knew which dresses to pull for me that matched my desired descriptions of a dream dress. I also had the pleasure of working with Emily to make my final purchase. She explained everything in detail and also went out of her way to confirm my choice by providing me visuals over text message. Highly recommend!

  I genuinely cannot recommend Karoza Bridal enough. From the very beginning, everyone has been incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating, and they truly make you feel like they will do everything they can to make the experience as easy and special as possible for you. And honestly, after all of my bridal shopping, Karoza has some of the most beautiful dresses I have ever seen. Their selection is absolutely stunning, with so many different styles and price points. I saw so many gorgeous dresses there that I didn’t see anywhere else. Berlynne was absolutely amazing throughout my appointment!!!! so patient, sweet, helpful, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right dress. Nar, the manager, has also been incredible. She has been so accommodating, responsive, and understanding, and you can really tell that customer experience is a priority for her and the entire team. What I appreciate most is how much they actually listen to you. They don’t make you feel like just another bride or another sale. They work around your needs, try to find solutions for everything, and truly go above and beyond to make things convenient for you. Even after purchasing my dress, they have continued to be so helpful, from answering all my questions, to helping coordinate alterations, and so much more. The whole team has made this experience so much less stressful and so much more enjoyable. Between the incredible selection of dresses and the way they treat their brides, I really could not have asked for a better experience. Truly the best bridal boutique I visited. 🤍

  I had such a wonderful experience at Karoza Bridal! Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made finding my wedding dress feel so special and stress-free. Highly recommend!
