  Karoza bridal was my second bridal boutique on my journey to say yes to the dress. We were greeted by Berlynne who was also my bridal expertise. I cannot say enough how lovely she was and how welcoming and warm she made my whole experience. I showed her the wishlist I made via their website and she knew every dress. She allowed me to look as well and said to let her know if there was anything I saw to pull. Their selection was so beautiful and had an array of different silhouettes. She was respectful of the budget I had. There was a dress I asked if she pulled and she had let me know it was more than the amount I gave her and again said she was respecting that but also said I was still more than welcome to try it which was really nice! I fell in love which a dress but didn’t say yes that time. We went down the street to another store and I can not emphasize this enough, but Karoza’s customer service was by far so much better and was unmatched! Needless to say at 2 I called Karoza to ask if I could back because I knew that was the dress. They were accommodating and booked me an appointment right at 3:30 so I could finally say yes and take my measurements. Thank you so much ladies! 🥹

  I had such an amazing experience finding my wedding dress with Emily ,she was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She made me feel comfortable, listened to exactly what I wanted, and helped me find the perfect gown. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and loves what she does. I’m so grateful for her help and couldn’t recommend her enough!

  I had the most amazing experience at Karoza Bridal! Efrain was incredibly helpful and such an amazing stylist, somehow knew exactly what I wanted and needed without me even having to say anything. None of this process would be possible without his expertise. This made the entire experience feel effortless, fun and special. Narine was also an absolute angel, so understanding, kind, and welcoming throughout the whole process. They truly make you feel cared for and find the dress you feel so beautiful in. Amazing selection of veils and accessories as well! This is an absolute must-go place for all brides looking for their dream dress and an unforgettable experience!

  I couldn't have done this without Efrain.... What a personality. He really took care of me & made me feel like he was truly paying attention & was so honest & understanding. He knew me as soon as I walked in the door & exactly what would suit me. My first ever bridal dress appointment was at Karoza & the first dress I tried on was the one. I walked out with it an hour later!! Couldn't be any more happy & relieved that their team made it so easy. We also popped some champagne!! Also, Efrain has beautiful nails 🥰 Thank you Karoza & especially Efrain & Emily.

  Karoza was one of the best bridal shops I visited! Everyone was so friendly and attentive, not just to me but to my entire party which meant a lot to me. My stylist Berlynne was amazing and truly saw my vision. Efrain was also so kind and made me feel special with his compliments. Narine was incredibly sweet and made the whole process smooth and stress free, walking me through everything step by step. They have a great selection of dresses at different price points, and the overall experience felt so welcoming. I’m beyond pleased and so happy I said yes to the dress at Karoza! I highly recommend them. Their service is truly impeccable and stands out from other bridal shops!
