We’ve had such a wonderful experience with KinderCare! My son attended from when he was 4 months until he was 5 years old, and now my daughter has been attending since she was just 6 months old and is now 2. Having both of my children spend such important early years at KinderCare speaks volumes about the trust and confidence we have in their care. As a parent, finding a place where you feel comfortable leaving your children while you work is priceless. It means so much to know your little ones are in a safe, nurturing environment where they can learn, grow, and build relationships. Watching my children grow through these early milestones has been so special, and I’m incredibly grateful for the role KinderCare has played in their lives. Choosing childcare is such a personal decision, and I would absolutely recommend KinderCare to other families looking for a caring, supportive environment for their children. We’re so thankful to have had them as part of our family’s journey!

I started my son at KinderCare when he was just 13 weeks old, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the very beginning, everyone was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable leaving my baby in their care. As a first-time mom, that meant everything to me! One of my favorite things is the app they use to keep parents updated throughout the day. They send so many pictures, and being able to see my son happy and enjoying his day makes being away from him so much easier. I also love all the little crafts and activities they do with the kids, even the babies! It’s so fun getting to bring home things he’s made at such a young age. His teachers, Mrs. Rachael and Ms. Vanessa, are absolutely amazing! It’s so obvious how much they love and care for him, and knowing he’s spending his days with people who genuinely adore him makes going to work so much easier. Mrs. Erin, the director, is just as wonderful. She treats every child like they’re her own and you can tell how much she truly loves all of the kids there. What I also love is that it feels like everyone knows and cares about every child, not just the kids in their own classroom. I’ve had teachers from the toddler rooms greet my son by name, and those little things mean so much! My son absolutely loves going to daycare and loves his teachers, which tells me everything I need to know. If you’re a parent stressing about where to send your child, whether they’re an infant or one of the older kids, I truly don’t think you’ll find a better place in Fresno. I’m so thankful we found this KinderCare and can’t recommend them enough!

We truly have nothing but wonderful things to say about Woodward Park KinderCare. Our daughter started there when she was just 6 months old, and now at 2 years old, it’s amazing to see how much she has grown and thrived. She has been surrounded by so much love, kindness, and care in every classroom she’s been in. The teachers and directors have always gone above and beyond to make our family feel welcomed, supported, and confident that our daughter is in the best hands. It means so much to us to know that she is cared for by people who genuinely love what they do. Our second child will be starting in just a few weeks, and we couldn’t feel more comfortable or excited to have him join the KinderCare family. We are so grateful to have found a place where our children are truly loved and cared for like family.

We started at KinderCare 2½ years ago, and it was the best decision we ever made as parents. As a working mom, I was so nervous to have someone else care for my 7 month old son. From the very first drop-off, I knew he would be loved and cared for (thank you, Miss Carla and Miss Alondra)! Fast-forward two years, and dropping my daughter off for the first time, I felt that same love instantly and had no worry that she would be in good hands. These teachers have so much compassion for each child, and it has been such a pleasure getting to know every one of them. Thank you for loving and caring for our kids and for becoming a part of our family. We love you, KinderCare! (There will always be a special place in our hearts for Miss Stephanie, Miss Carla, Miss Selina, Miss Alondra, Miss Vanessa, Miss Bea, Miss Erin, and Miss Anita — and every other teacher who has been nothing but amazing to us. We appreciate you more than you know!)

As a first time mom, finding the right daycare for my 12 month old daughter was extremely important. I searched and researched for weeks before I landed on Woodward Park KinderCare. All seemed well until we had our first few visits. The staff watching over my daughter never smiled at drop-offs which made my husband and I particularly nervous. I was not allowed to send my daughter in healthy food options (although during our walkthrough the manager said that would be fine). One day I picked her up, and she had poop in her vagina from a carelessly changed diaper. Another time I asked what had caused a bruise on her chin and was met with blank stares and no answers. I had to contact the daycare manager in order to get a response. We looked past those two instances and decided to keep my daughter there as it was the nearest daycare to our home, but the final straw came when we received a call stating "your daughter has suffered a minor fall, but she's okay" When I asked to see a picture, as I was at work that morning and my husband was tied up in meetings, it took them a good half hour to finally get one to me. Once I received the photo, I knew we were done with them. I cried and felt immense guilt for having placed her in their hands. My daughter had not suffered a "minor fall," half her forehead was bruised purplish/red as if she had been dropped from much higher than they had led me to believe. When we contacted Erin, the manager, she stated she had not seen the photo. We sent her the photo and her response was "accidents happen." I agree, accidents do happen, but this was no accident. This was complete disregard for my child's well-being. I paid a considerable amount of money to have my daughter cared for. I didn't get that. I also didn't get an apology, or a refund as requested. If you want a place that will take your money, and may-or-may not look after your children, this is the place. You'll get plenty of excuses of why their over crowded classes do not allow for closer attention to your child. They send the occasional photo (of when they're actually looking after your kid) but that is not a true testament of how the day goes for your non-verbal child. Sure, my daughter was too young to verbalize what was going on, but the poop and repetitive bruising spoke for her. From a mom to a mom, my advice is stay away. If there were an option for zero stars, that would be more fitting. I fortunately have found a place that understands what running a daycare is all about, I wish you the best of luck in finding a place for your little ones as well.
